    another awesome day of training...its amazing how a few days of sun even if its like 5 degrees out side can give you an attitude adjustment...my knees have never felt better, thanks deca ....life is good...

    How do you like that hex bar ghetto? I have a bad back and wont deadlift, but we have a hex bar and that might make it easier on my low back and keep me from having to bend down so far. At 6'6" and bad low back, deads are not my friend.
