Ok did bi'this morning stretching and ccc for a warm up.

    Ccc 1 working 2 forced 2 neg

Incline db curl 1 working +2RP 1 drop

Seated db curl 1 working 1 drop +1RP

Cable preacher curl 1 working 1 drop +1RP

Never had much to eat this morning so i really felt it not much nrg at all. The best ex was the ccc and incline db curls they really hurt you get more of a pump/burn from the ccc
well it is for a pre ex good though but the inclin db are somthing els
love these when you get stuck half way up and your bicep is screeming there is nothing to help you there is no cheating as you on a bench just your bicep against the db so who wins us you just have to keep curling that bell great stuff then the neg oh dear lol.

    Arms, 274lbs

    Close grip press: 2 warm, 1 heavy (275x2), 1 working rp 2reps

    Cavers: 1 feel, 3 working

    Dumbbell over head: 4 working

Alternate dumbbell curl: 4 sets increasing weight each set

Incline dumbbell curl: 4 sets increase weight each set. Got the 50's up for 8, damn those hurt

    Cable concentration: 4 sets

Dips and V-bar push down super sets: 4 sets

Had a great workout, had a wicked pump and power surge today, felt like a monster, had veins popping out of my shoulders like crazy. Gym was dead when I started and went full beast mode, got 275 up for a couple on close grip, that is a big deal for me. I have always had a shitty close press until I changed up my grip on bench and close grip, now my power is going up cause my shoulders aren't taking a beating. Now to go snow blow all the damn snow that has fallen over the past couple days, I am so done with winter and this cold weather.

What about my FT. How can I help that...it does suck. Damn. As I said before, I am planning a blast soon, once my TRT tests are completed from transferring. But, could this also be the result of not taking an AI?

As I mentioned earlier in forum, I eat about 4000 calories: 400 carbs, 120 fat, and 340 pro daily. I'm a pretty clean eater and just started supplementing 1200 NAC daily 3 days ago (after this test) to help with those enzymes.

I will look into local donations for a double red .....
One meal, no. Chol is diet related as well as genetic. As we age, things don't usually improve unless remedial action is taken.
Improve your total T and your FT will come up. Knowing your shbg level is good but odds are you are normal. As T rises shbg will suppress. Vit D, as we spoke of will help, but know your level first.
Why would you need an AI? Your E2 Sens level is 13 which is actually low. You sure as hell don't need an AI. As your T rises with your new protocol so will your E. You'll feel better too.

this brother..... When i had mine run last time i was very concerned because high Chol run s in my family and most my family members are on meds to keep it lower. I was on a heavy cycle and to my amazement my dr called me and said they hardly ever see numbers that good. I do not remember what the exact numbers were but i remember my ldl was below 80 and my hdl was close to 60. Dr said it couldnt get much better and i attribute it all to my srtrict nutrition plan

I hear ya man. That's where I want to be, but I do eat pretty clean myself. Not sure actually how I could eat cleaner. I already get a ton of shit from the guys at work for all my healthy pre-packaged meals....then I get them all asking for nutrition and workout advice. Funny how that works lol

I hear you and respect your extensive knowledge and advice. Thanks kelkel.

I was only reflecting on the lack of AI when I was lasting 500 test weekly with none at all about 4 months ago. I did that for about 12 weeks and dealt with some nasty side effects. Bio mentioned it took 120 days to clear out the hematocrit naturally, it hasn't been that long since that blast. So, I was wondering if the lack of AI then contributed to my hematocrit levels now...

Can't wait to get that T and FT up there again...with an AI of course lol

    Marcus,

Apologies for kidnapping the thread a tad with questions and advice unrelated to your HIT. A wealth of knowledgable guys here I tapped into real quick.

Killer training last night. It's always better at the gym rather than home. With the kids running around insistently interrupting (4 and 5); the wife begs to train with me daily, which is cool and all, but it's so hard to minimize rest and stay at an optimal intensity with her long sets and constant need for instruction and help. My workouts suffer a bit and I don't know how to get around the problem. I like working out with her, just not the diminishing effect it has on workout intensity. Hoping she can increase the pace more, just not happening yet.

Last night at gym - shoulders:

    DB Press: 15, 11, 7 rp 4 rp 3
    Lateral db raises: 12, 10, 7 rp 4 rp 4, 5 rp 3 rp 3
    Bentover lateral db: 15, 12, 8 rp 5 rp 4, 7 rp 5 rp 3
    BB shrug: 9, 9, 5 drop 5 drop 3
    Abs

    Back today:

    V bar pulldown: 12, 10, 5 rp 3 rp 3, 5 rp 2 rp 2
    Wide lat pulldown: 10, 10, 7 rp 3 rp 3
    BB row: 10, 5 rp 3 rp 3
    DB row: 12, 5 rp 3 rp 3
    Deadlift: 11, 9, 6

I know it's not possible this soon, but really feeling some impending results. Muscles feeling fuller, more powerful.

    225, 6', 33, 15% bf, bench 320, squat 405, dead 465.

the winds have been ridiculously strong so the drifting is insane here as well not to mention the sub zero temps...it took me 2 hrs to shovel about 3 foot of snow of the roof yesterday in preparation for last nights blizzard...I woke up this morning to see it missed us and only left about 4" hallelujah!!!..I can actually relax today whooo hoooo!!!

We are getting the heavy winds and drifting too, sun is out now but it is bitter cold.

Missed a meal or two yesterday, and slept in to day so missed another one, woke at 272 this morning. I had a terrible sleep, my arms and shoulders were sore, so I couldn't get comfortable in bed and tossed and turned quite a bit. Had to do a couple driveways and chip away a bunch of ice in mine, so that beat up my shoulder joints quite a bit. Starting to feel better now that I have been awake for a while, body is freeing up. Great week this week, hit some good numbers and kept the intensity up despite being sick. I will feel better this week and push harder, I am done feeling like shit, time to get my mind over this hump and will myself to feel better.

My new prop came in, it is a different brand and 200mg/ml so I will see how this compares to my other stuff. I will be doing 1cc eod for the duration of my cycle. Quick question with regards to AI, if you raise your dose of test do you need to adjust the AI as well? I have upped my stane a bit to account for the rise in test over the past 2 weeks, up from 600mg to 1000mg, but will be comming back down to 700mg.

The 1000mg was a test blend 100e/100c/100p because my supplier couldn't get my prop for a couple weeks. I haven't tried the new 200mg prop yet, going to do it soon, will let you know how the pip is. One of the reasons I love the brand I have been taking is because the is zero pip with any of the compounds I have used from them. Really hoping this one doesn't hurt, nothing makes me more agitated then pip.

That blend should be pretty smooth, the prop may have some bite. Perhaps the carrier is mainly EO? Anyway, please post up your thoughts on the pip/lack of pip.
You've got me interested in buying a rice cooker/steamer now. I use brown rice a good bit, and it never really comes out like I would like it to. Been eyeballing some of the cookers that have a setting for brown rice. Some of the cookers are a tad pricey, but worth the cost if it makes good rice.

A trick the Asians use is to leave it in the cooker on "keep warm", this keeps it fresh and moist for days. Not sure how expensive mine was, but it doesn't look like a fancy one. I left my rice in the cooker all week without being on kkep warm setting and it stayed moist and less sticky than the last batch that went in the fridge.

Same here, BG. Usually 125 mg/ml is roughly where I draw the line. After that, crashing and pip become an issue for me.

Agreed it would most likely need to be 2ml with eo.

Your training partner isn't your wife is it? Lol

Mine is and it really makes the 1 min rest between sets impossible lol she never sees me she says, because of my work, so when I go to the gym, instead of using the home gym with her, well....lets just say it's not worth it. Happy wife = happy life.

Happy wife = happy life. 225, 6', 33, 15% bf, bench 320, squat 405, dead 465.
no... She only trains and diets before summer time. With my daughter playing club softball and club soccer the wife just doesn't have the time or the energy

Same here, Java. Watching old IFSA stuff and drinking a shake now.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Lower back and leg stretching and a couple of sets of crunches

    Leg extensions-2 w/u, Work-16,drop,4.5,drop,4.5
    Toe touches
    Calves-2 w/u, Work1-13-4.5-4, drop weight, Work2-9.5-4.5-3.5
    Hacks-1 w/u, Work-5-4-3
    Leg press-2 w/u, Work-8-4-3
Power thrust-6 at a new weight and a extra rep over last time.
Leg curl-7.5,drop,3.5,drop,4.5 w/ a long count hold on the last half rep.

49 minutes not including stretching and crunches.

Still feeling a bit run down, but haven't decided about going with a pull back yet. I think if I do go w/ a pull back, I still stay with the regular lift for biceps and triceps?
