On a side note my over seas source wasn't taking orders so I bought locally and think I got bunk gear. My sex drive fell off, issues trying to finish sex. Going to give it another week drop the Letro and see. All I did was switch brands And added 20mgs of test-e I'm pissed. It came front someone very well known in the pro sceen, that's why I took a chance.

Thanks old pic from before my surgery, trying to push myself to really diet good and get my bf down to 8% . But right now I'm going to go drown my sorrows in some pizza Start fresh Monday !
Thanks for the info on the yogurt, BG. I stopped by Walmart to get some OTC stuff to see if I can get my guts straightened out. Almost feels like something is blocked/obstructed. Grabbed some of the Greek yogurts while I was there and plan to start on digestive enzymes and probiotics this evening.
If it doesn't improve very soon,I guess I may go see my Dr.?

Thanks, Bio. There's a lot of pressure and some distension @ upper abs. Similar to when I got food poisoning in the past. I've taken some OTC laxatives this morning and am putting down the water, so maybe that will get things moving.
I'm still thinking it was the double course of antibiotics that is responsible.

Back day today, kept volume down and rest periods up slightly due to the damn sinus infection, it has made it's way into my chest now. I see the specialist tomorrow so I will probably get some antibiotics. I hope they can figure out what is going on with all these swollen glands in my neck and sinuses.

A word of advice to the young, me mindful of the abuse you do to yourself now, cause you WILL pay for it down the road someday. Sure sounds like fun at the time to shove a bunch of shit up your nose and party like a rock star, but when you sell your soul to the devil, he comes to collect when you least expect it. Can't say for sure that is what has led to these issues, but I know without a doubt it did not help. If only we had a crystal ball in our youth, maybe we would have been a bit more conscious of the decisions we made.

How are your RBC's? I ask as bilerubin is a by-product of hemoglobin. Basically hemoglobin breaks down into bilerubin and it can elevate both that and ALT.

Finally, some relief for my stomach! I won't get too graphic, but basically am doing the same things you would do to prep for a colonoscopy. Still a work in progress, but feeling much better.

I spoke to his team and all the sessions were full but he would fit me in anytime within the first 2 weeks of December but I went away and couldn't make it. It is something on my list to do and would be amazing to speak and train with him. I think it would be a fight to the death and I think he would win lol.....

There hasn't been a RBC check since November, but my doc says it was normal then. I convinced him to order a blood test for RBC's now. I'll swing my blood draw for them today. All I see in my blood records for November shows platelets at 224 (ref range 150-400), hematocrit 49.5% (40-51), hemoglobin 16.8 (13.6-17.4).

This is the comparison of the last 2 liver enzyme tests. The first value was from 1/2/15, the second from 1/30/15:

    ALANINE AMINOTRANSFERASE 63, 52 (Ref Range: 3-36)
    ALBUMIN 4.3, 4.2 (3.5-5.5)
    ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE 53, 60 (30-125)
    ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE 74, 46 (0-45)
    BILIRUBIN 1.4, 1.1 (.2-1.3)
    BILIRUBIN.GLUCURONIDATED
    +BILIRUBIN.ALBUMIN BOUND 0.2, 0.1 (0-.4)
    PROTEIN 6.8, 6.8 (6.0-8.5)

I'm going to start looking for a quality local doc outside of the VA today. Free care is not worth it: you get what you pay for...this doc is half assing things I feel. He won't permit me to use HcG (doesn't believe in it), he wants me in the lower range of testosterone (conservative), and he doesn't let me self-inject (have to do at hospital with nurse) so I am stuck with once weekly injections (he doesn't believe in twice weekly).

Any advice on finding a good doc that will do me well? Specifically one I can work with knowing I plan to cycle between blasts and cruises in the future?

Thanks and sorry for taking space on your Diary, Marcus. I know KelKel knows this blood stuff pretty good and I lept at the opportunity for advice there.

I am currently in the process of working with LowTestosterone dot com to transfer my TRT care. It sucks to go from free TRT to pay $200 a month....but, sometimes, free costs you in other areas...

I can't get away from a partner. Every Time I loose one. Which we know happens often in this lifestyle. I don't train alone for very long cause someone steps in. I do like those forced reps and negs that I do with a partner though. That's how I get each set to total failure

I get that a lot too. I am not there to visit. I put on my headphones and want to work! The only time I talk is to discuss something different with my set. Often it's just to much for a partner to handle

Back today, tried doing back like chest with supersets, but gym was too damn busy.

low row hammer strength super set into high row hammer. 2 warms, 1 feel, 2 working....no drops here....one guy was waiting and was good eough to let me finish my sets.

Super set Db rows into under hand bent over BB rows....1 feel 2 working one drop on the bb row.

Seated close grip row, 2 working 2 drops.

Super set under hand grip pull downs into standing straight arm pull downs.

    Hypers to finish.

This was a lot. I was dead....I usually do about 5 exercises for back. But when doing super sets do u add more to the routine or would you guys keep it to the 5?

My back needs the most work, trying to shock it and hit every part. Would love some feed back on this.

Yes I think it's the estrogen, my gyno is totally gone. I have to tell Lion's chems are strong, I was using another brand and wasn't doing much.

    National chest day:

Flat bench-did normal working set then a little heavy, but just 2 reps instead of drop or failure to change things up
Incline-Low weight, no rest between sets burn out
    Pec deck-5 sets (extra)

    Cardio

Taking it easy until I figure out if my gear is legit.

Finally felt like I was 100% today. It felt good to feel good. I think the antibiotic was what I needed to kick it off. Wish I would have started it earlier. Oh well.

Anyway, had a great workout today. I did have one humorous event occur. Lets call it an "AKOG Moment" for lack of a better term. I was finishing bi's with seated incline dumbell's and somehow my left dumbell got hooked on my ipod cord. I didn't want to stop the set for something ridiculous so I had to bend over as far as possible and finish the last few reps while trying not to laugh. I actually thought "AKOG Moment" the second this shit occurred.

Sorry AKOG. You're officially branded now. Congratulations!

***Forgot, I said I'd post up a progress pic the other day and forgot. This is from last week. I'm as pasty white as my Irish ass can get. Makes me look fat. Anyway, here it is for ridicule:

Foam rolling going very good indeed

Ive been really working my all my back and hip flexors and its really loosened me up and got rid of some aches and pains, even though it was extremely painful doing it its really breaking down the scar tissue and tightness in my muscles. Moving onto my shoulders now which hopefully will help my RC and I'm going to be targeting my lats more see if I can loosen them up but fuk me its painful on the lats

I did my lower back and it is effective but does the pain does have a bite to it. However, the results were worth the effort.

I go away for the weekend and 4 pages good job lads ha some great posts ha

Last night for me was back into a heavy 6 week balls to the wall push again.

    Chest to start with:

Warm up rc and presses very light to get the blood moving. Then one feeler set which was very easy tbh.

2 heavy sets with on drop the blood was flowing really well felt great and wasn't as fatigued as I normally would be.

Incline as same as above felt even better kept hammering on.

Yates incline flies same as above these were tough tho was feeling it but pushed through it.

Then inner upper chest flies with a light db to feel the squeeze these were new to me but very good exercise

Chest today, still fighting the sinus infection so I didn't go for the fast pace, went heavy instead. Ended up hitting a pb on bench, got 325 up for 2 reps, damn that felt good and the rest of my workout was amazing.

    Bench: 2 warm, 2 feel, 2 working, 1 burn

Flat fly: 4 sets increasing weight each set.

    Incline Dmbl Press: 4 working

Pec Dec: 4 sets heavy, stack plus 5lbs for an even 300. Damn these are starting to feel good, they always hurt my shoulder in the past.

    Hammer Decline: 4 working

V-bar Pushdowns: 4 sets to pump the tri's a bit

    Dips: 3 sets to failure

My weight was down 2lbs to 273 because I fell a sleep on the couch since I am feeling like shit and missed my after dinner snack. My dinner wasn't as big as it should have been, but again I just wasn't feeling up to it last night. I see my specialist today, I'm a little nervous, I am dreading the thought of the C word being brought up. I really want to find out what is going on and why so many of my glands are in distress, the nodule on my thyroid is what is making me nervous. Rest day tomorrow but will probably go in for cardio unless the doc sends me for fasted blood work or xrays. I will post up what I find out when I get home.
