You usually use the same vendor as for MT2? Did you stick with the 25mg dosage or drive a little faster, Kel?

I'm so f-in hopeless. First thing I did was admire the female, then looked at the 5 lbs. of fat and tried to decide if it was a calzone or a burrito.
Next, I looked at the 5 lbs. of muscle and thought, damn some sushi sure would good right now.

I don't think she could mess up anything, but I'd like her to try.

Good idea though, I've got one in the freezer.

AG & Kel, PMed you on where to buy it, sorry if that wasn’t cool. I’m very interested.

Damn the gym was slammed this morning, but nice workout. Please don’t ban me from the HIT thread, but I’m giving the 100rep feeder technique a try. Did 2 bicep & tricep motions with it, the pain was beautiful, my cup of tea.

Happy Thanksgiving all! Nice looking turkey GGR! We’re doing Thanksgiving with all of our friends that are with family, on Saturday. Ordered frozen Chicago stuffed pizza for tonight (Giordanos), cheezy goodness!

Just responded, Prox. Been outside working.

Think I'm going to fire up the grill and cook some steelhead?

TY buddy. Apparently a couple more friends blew off Thanksgiving dinner for similar “anti-social” issues with other guests & would prefer our company and this pizza. Starting the liquid portion of the evening now though.

The steelhead sounds delicious. What kind of yard work?

Aerating some old hardpan and part of a ancient wagon trail. Dropped an old, old sweetgum and bucked it into manageable lengths to get across my shoulders and trudged it to the brush pile. Same with a tulip poplar and a smaller black gum tree.

Have several f-in chunks of sweetgum that are either going to get rolled to the pile with a cant hook and wrecking bar unless I can get them in the back of my old shitty truck.

Will probably split the black gum tree up next year. It's a bitch to split, but if you let it season for a year and split it like you would barrel staves it goes easy. It burns hot and there are several people near us that would appreciate it

Will probably sew more rye and a little fescue on the aerated areas tomorrow. It's really best to let the holes in the dirt from the aerator "heal" first but the ground is so hard and such a high clay content that anything I do will be good enough for who it is for. We have rain moving in over the next day or two.

Kicking back now. Neighbors up the road seem intent on drunken outdoor Thanksgiving karaoke. I'll give it a few more hours before I contribute something unnerving from down my way.

I saw MuscleScience post about MK-677 in his thread a year back or so where he ran blood before and after and saw no effect. Might want to check with him on that compound as it's second-hand information from me.

Actually sounds like a f**k of a lot of fun AG, seriously.

What song will you choose for karaoke? Bringing back to mind a couple of my metal students from a few years back that would do the “pig” voice used in metal, to do the pledge of allegiance every day.

easiest way to check If your MK is legit or not. take your morning fasted blood sugar levels for a week or so. then run your MK for a week or so and check blood sugar again. your fasted blood sugar should be dramatically elevated from running the MK, I'm talking 15-25 or so points higher on average.

Umm, my last response was a rather loud blast followed by a parachute flare? Shouldn't have wasted the flare, I'm running low and they are hard to come by and somewhat frowned upon by some "agencies". But it shut them down and they know not from whence it came.

I have a couple of new toys that should quiet the madness if it gets too bad. As long as I can't hear it inside and it doesn't bother my good neighbors, I let it slide.

When things go the other way, I don't. The fun part is they never know which direction it's coming from, lol. I've never seen one of them walk off in the dark without a flashlight, so they are totally oblivious.

I was going to compare glucose and IGF-1 levels ( have some HSA dollars lying around). 1.8~ 2.5 iu of Serostim/Saizen elevated my fasting glucose around 10-15 mg/dL.
Curious to see where my IGF-1 falls as well. Normal baseline, I'm just over the top end of the range and the dosage of pharma GH I mentioned above put me in the 400ng/ml range.

If I see similar results from the Mk-677, I'll be satisfied.

I started my day with a charity run/walk benefiting needy kids from local school district...winter coats, boots and necessities...not gaming gear and 1st world problem gifts! I have a passion for less fortune kids and makes me feel thankful I’m able to make their life better.

Got a last minute invitation...and broke my diet, a little. I’m switching out my decorations with a glass of wine....Eating back on plan tomorrow!

Thank you ma'am. Basically, it's an old fat tattooed man sweating enough to raise the local humidity levels.

If you have ever been in a colder part of the country that had snow on the ground and the grass was green, that was probably rye. It tends to die off here in the South when the temps are mid 70s and upwards, but it loves cool temps. You could literally put some on a concrete block, gently water it, and it would germinate and grow until it died from lack of nutrients.
Works really well for loosening up hard packed dirt or soils with a high clay content.

Maybe. Sounds like a type of ground cover that is difficult to kill? I have ground cover that seems to thrive the more I dig it up. My master gardener neighbor said to kill it in fall with something ( 3 alpha - metallic bottle with 3 strips of different colors). Can almost see T ? ? This wine is simply wonderful. Lol. I’ll have to ask her and kill it soon. It chokes off whatever I plant and spread like mofo this past spring after I hacked at if for 16 hours in late summer heat. It kicked my a$$ and came back stronger. I will destroy and preserve!

Rye grass dies out/ goes into seed.production in the mid-70° temps or so down here. If you're up North, I'm not sure what would be growing but it must spread via rhizomes instead of seed if you hacked at it for 16 hours and it came back.
Bermudagrass is like that but don't know if y'all have it in your region and it is like walking on carpet? If your neighbor was telling you about a selective broadleaf herbicide, it may have been Trimec?

I just ordered you another glass of wine. It should be there momentarily.

I am on a second glass and loving the buzz.

It’s a nice bottle of merlot ...not 2 buck chuck. I may finish....it’s been that kind of week.

Friday here guys and the Cyclone is over my head. Cold AF this morning. Well, honestly, just not used to these temps living in the tropics but by the standards around here it is. Hit the gym at 5.30 AM as normal and got legs done. Do not have access to a real Squat rack so I am working with what I got. I LOVE squatting so it is a bit frustrating but it is what it is. Would really not need much equipment to be able to do this at home but living in an Indian standard apartment do not provide much extra space to put it mildly :-) Regardless, happy Friday guys.

NOTE: I think this is becoming the old people thread. Aren't we all over 45+ I think? I guess AG and Kelkel is almost 70 at this point or maybe I overshot that by a few years? ;-)

I ordered you the good stuff!
I reserve the Duplin $9.38 muscadine wine @ Walmart for myself when bourbon or moonshine is overkill.

I think you're correct, except for GGR?
I have a feeling she is one of those ladies that stays perpetually young. Some kind of a genetic thing, I guess, because she always seems to have an inexhaustible amount of energy.

Sorry, re-read my posts. Not sure what this means exactly, but I’m gathering it’s more than a phone call to ask that they keep it down a bit, lol.

The yard work sounds like some serious Jeremiah Johnson shit, but fun.

Umm, yes, considering I don't sing or dance.
