    Psyllium husk, 1 tablespoon in a.m. One in the evening. Spinach, broccoli and cauliflower, cabbage, celery and if needed on occasion Miralax (not fiber but helps if you are prone to constipation). Lots of water is the key with psyllium, otherwise it acts like cement in your gut and makes things worse.
    I'm day 5 or 6 into keto and everytime I open my fridge, which is full of eggs, cream cheese, cheese, butter, fatty red meat, whipped cream, cream, and did I mention cheese? I hear a chorus of angels sing...

    Shoulders today. Nothing exciting, other than getting enough time from work to lift, that's pretty exciting. Deload. Arms tomorrow or day after. Little sleep last night and 3rd w/o in a row so a little flat. Loving the anterior plate raise kel introduced, though - seems almost like a compound in the way it recruits part of the lateral.
    Otherwise just a damned good day to be alive. I have the woman of my dreams who I probably don't deserve but will do my best to honor til I'm gone, have some cute little offspring units that are full of love and life, have my health, a job, and cheese in the fridge. It doesn't get any better than that. Well, except on date night.

    I was staining Ketostix by day 3 when I used to go with keto diets, but I ran my carbs low...real low.
    Usually I would really start dumping fluid/frequent urination when my body started throwing out sufficient ketones to stain a Ketostix.

    The shitty feeling eased up at about 5 days for me, but I always felt deflated/weak on all out keto diets, hence my blobular shape now. My weight loss is more of a rollercoaster type thing now. I'll lose some, slip up and gain a bit back, get the "ah, shit" mentality, and then tighten the diet back up.
    I'm probably at my ideal weight if I were 6'7"-ish, but I'm only 6'1-6'2"-ish.

    First time I ever ran it took me 8-days. You could always do it old school, by starving. After about 72 hours of starving yourself, ketogenesis is occurring and you’re in ketosis. Congrats! :-)
