Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Was back day for me tonight.
I'm thinking next week of switching to a 3 day split. Mixing muscle groups together. I've been doing one body part a session for years now. Probably since this thread started lol.
Anyways, was good session. I think at this point it's more of a mental thing being back then anything else. I am getting tight and sore, but definitely need to implement super sets or something.
Wide grip pd
Under hand grip pd
Single arm seated rows
Low pulley hammer strength (did palms down this time instead of palms in)
High pulley hammer strength
Sorry I'm always 3 pages behind so can't comment and reply as much as I would like.

Doing well! Took some time off due to a back injury and easing back into it. Otherwise great.. getting some good family time in this summer, work is going good. The pup just turned 10 and is getting a little slow but I'm keeping him as healthy as possible
How's you you and your fam? I'm following the new comp thread. All the smack talk had me laughing earlier. Love it.

Working weights are still only around 50% of what they were, but I think things are slowly picking up. My left bicep, forearm, and grip are still off, but the left shoulder is tolerating weight better and R.O.M. is a tad more comfortable. Getting lots of tingling and warm sensations in my arm and my grip is improving so I'm guessing some of the nerve issue is easing off?
Lots of shoulder rotations and stretches to slowly get the shoulder moving smoothly.
Incline flyes into presses- 2 w/u, Work1- 10 flyes, 6+ presses. Kept.the same weight and rested a minute. Work2- 8 flyes, 3 presses. Dropped a little weight and rested just a few seconds. Work3- 8 flyes, 3+ presses.
Flat flyes into presses- 2 w/u, Work1- 10 flyes, 6 presses. Dropped a little weight. Work 2- 10 flyes, 6 presses.
Incline d'bell press w/ a parallel grip- 5+ reps w/ a slow 5 count positive and negative. These were embarrassingly light.
Wrist curls w/ dry Oly bar- Palms up - 2 sets to failure. Palms down- Can't get the wrist to move that way yet with weight in the left hand.
Seated hammer curls- 1 set of 8 and a set of 6. Very light and slow. Frustrating.

Geez AG that's tough, and really sorry to hear that. He was a beautiful guy.
The girls are great brutha. College is going well for the older one and the young one is awesome and traveling a lot this summer getting in some new experiences. Just got back from a trip up north to New England which was nice. Saw some family up there. Off to work I go.. have a great day AG and to everyone else as well.

Delts today, just delts.
Smith press: 3 sets quite heavy with one drop
One arm press on smith: 3 sets 8-10 reps. (this is the sitting sideways on the bench type press thingy)
Laterals: 3 sets 10-12 reps with drop on last
Rear delts on incline: 3 sets 10-15 reps.
Been doing delts on their own recently when I can to put a little more emphasis on them. Also due to ramping up the volume on back training so I don't have to go into delts being tired. Liking it so far. Gotta grow.

Hmmm, good shout Big guy, am sure you have said to us about this before ? I have had great ideas from you Kel and use them. I will try this, is the bar coming down to trap ish level ?. Also is the bar in the position where it could rest on the shoulder or comes down past the side delt. Thanks big guy.

Not that low for me. No, the bar could not rest on the shoulder so a little past the delt. Did a quick search and found this video that shows how it looks. I don't go that deep though. Neither would he if the bar was weight on it.
ps: I look a wee bit better doing them.....

Shoulder is a bit tight today but improved after a little bit of IR light and stretching. Even though my chest exercises weren't up to snuff, the higher volume did give me a little bit of DOMS, so I at least feel like I did something.
Legs coming up before work tomorrow night. Have been able to really put a hurting on them lately, so I hope the trend continues.
