    Leg day today.

    Squat 2 warm up sets then triple drop set of 15/8/5 reps.
    Leg curls. Feeler set followed by rest pause which I got 7 then 3 reps.
    Leg extensions. Feeler set followed by rest pause which I got 12 then 7 reps.
    Calf raises. 2 sets to failure.

    Squats were not to failure but more of form breakdown. I'm going to set the pins in my squat rack next time so I can get to failure. I may swap out the leg curls for stiff leg deadlifts next time as well.

    I would look at hgh if you can find pharmacy grade. It is an awesome compound.

    Held up on my couch. We all know I never sit down. I think this is the first time my tv has been on in a month or so. My energizer bunny ass is now sicky drained bunny. It's weird cause my body says go lift, my head is saying hell no.

    Dang D. If meds kick in you'll be back in Tuesday - Wednesday higher reps lower weight. Start your cut when you get back. You'll be all ripped and veiney. Then we will start a hard mother fvcking run. You'll scare men and make children cry you'll be so hard. you got this.

    Yes sir, that's generally how I approach things. That way anything positive that occurs is a slight relief.
    When you get you your results from the radiologist or your Dr., please let us know. Got my fingers crossed that it is just an inflamed tendon sheath or something minor and that just requires some NSAIDs and a little rest.

    Just wanted to add the past two days have been pretty trying with some family things... it's taking all my mindfulness out of me and creating some deep seeded issues that were always the root cause & effect of things in my life - I'm doing everything I can to keep it all together hence why I haven't been on much... sorrry guys and gals but I'll be moving forward only from here on out!

    Didn't get in squats this morning. Just didn't feel like swimming down to the shop. Have my rain gear set out and plan to lift this evening. Believe the rain is going to set in for a few days.
    Going to eat a salad and then help Mrs. AG prep some food for the week. Had planned to knock out some stuff on the grill, but not to sure I want to do it in the rain. May be eating a lot of steamed chicken and veggies until the weather breaks.
    Really feeling all of the rows from working back the other day. Wonderfully satisfying.

    Yeah. It's raining here for he next couple of days. I'm at work. All the humidity is slowing my dry times down to a crawl.

    This is where overtraining comes into play with HIT b/c your CNS doesn't recover unless you pullback or take a wk off - I'm starting to like 1wk off + a 1 wk pullback then see how I feel - this has always been my problem too D

    It's hard to take breaks. I watched 6-7 hours of tv and it's enough for a few months.....must be active.....but I am seeing why this is all so important.
