Meh, didn't get into legs as deep as I hoped for, but better than I thought. Felt awful damn good to be lifting though.
1 set of crunches
Leg extensions- 2 w/u, Work- 32, rest pause, 8, rest pause, 7+ w/ a 10 count hold.
Hack squats- 2 w/u. Work- 13, rest pause, 5, rest pause, 3.
Reverse hacks- Work- 14 reps.
Leg press- 1 w/u, Work1( feet wide)- 13, rest pause, 3 . Work2 (feet narrow)- 10, rest pause, 3. By the time I got to presses with a narrow stance, I was down to 580 lbs. and legs were shaking like crazy.
Standing calf raises w/ a double pump at the top- Work1- 13, rest pause, 6, rest pause, 5.
Drop about half of the weight. Work2- (repped until failure)- 14 reps.
53 minutes, so a bit slow since I didn't do quite as many sets as usual on leg press and dropped the leg curls tonight. The air is frigging sticky although the temps aren't horrible right now.

Just got off of work and am headed home to cut grass here in a bit. Some of the farmers that have land close to where I work have bush hogged their fields and are charging anywhere from $40-$60 for "eclipse parking". Where I work is right close to I-85 which is prime viewing territory. Not me though....screw that. I'll check it out from the house!

Shoulder day, but more importantly grocery day
-
Delts tris - short intense & heavy 25min
-Seated side laterals
1w/u 15+ reps
1w DD
-Rev front raises w/EZ Bar s/s'd w/tea cups(raising bell up and turning out slowly)
2w 10-12reps drop 8 -- 3w higher reps 12-15
-rear delts lying on 35* incline pulling up and out(elbows flared) higher repa(8-15)
3w 15sec between sets
Delts were smoked searing pain felt great
- incline skulls
3w(115+) 12/10/7 reps into CG presses
- v-grip pushdowns s/s'd OH Rope ext's
3w each 8-12 rep range for both movements
Felt good first real good delt w/o in a couple wks already sore appetite is back strong again after that sinus infection so on the up and up!

Almost had a killer pic of the shadow from a hawk that was circling my over my area for awhile. Just as I was getting ready to snap the pic, something caught its eye and he went into a shallow long dive. The shadow looked really cool with the diminished light. The shadow was kind of stretched.
