Kel no MRI yet but everything els.
Have my self ordered labs Saturday, and then Dr. labs in 2 weeks afterwards. Will be ready to go again if everything looks good.

I probably need to check my E2 mid blast next time. Have been off about a month and down 14 lbs. That's a bit much for the amount of cardio I've been doing.

Morning everyone. Must be in the air, time for BW myself, mid-cycle, time for a look-see.

    Coffee then a.m. biceps shortly.

    Good days to you all.

    Showoff.

Got back on my agenda later today. Light cardio and stretching as well. Rain finally stopped here. Horrible yesterday.

Let me do some checking Kel, but no personal knowledge. I'll ask the wife and her/our PT friends.

Sorry Kel, doesn’t sound encouraging. Where were you thinking, the RC or the knee?

But when all is said and done, you want to exhaust your resources.

    How much are you hurting?

Crap. . I think everyone at this LabCorp office has pneumonia or something. Feel like standing outside and looking in the window until they are ready for me.

Goota check into it, but I think the med center at work will draw blood for $10 with a valid LabCorp order. May go that route next time.

Used LabCorp first thing yesterday morning, I was lucky, no one there. AG, how’s there turn around? I used to use Quest.

Usually within 5 business days. The addition of DHT seemed to drag things out a bit last time. I have noticed that LabCorp through my Dr. is faster than a walk in to a LabCorp collection center?

Morning fellas/ladies, well after good few months of worry and stress and hardly lifting things have settled down a lot.

Still not perfect but that's life, this is when you say you have a real family when you go through thought times, only wish i still had my best pal (father) at these times his words meant and helped so much.

So i can get back to lifting and feel free again for that hour in my life, no worry no stress just just me with my mind a million miles away. So looking forward to it.

So enjoy being back although it's not been much, but it will be ok . As the big man would say shake them eye balls you Cunt! Have a good day everyone, catch up the night.

Legs today! Skipped chest and bi's yesterday as shoulder was irritating me as well as life getting in the way. On top of that, had to take the dog to a vet as she was getting sick on and off for a few days. An X-Ray revealed she swallowed something. Vet said get her to a specific emergency vet hospital about an hour away.

So, the item was to large to make her regurgitate it as it could end up choking her. Decided on an endoscopy and if that fails then immediate surgery. Fortunately they got the item without surgery. Ended up being a small rubber washer which no doubt she stole from me when I was gutting a toilet in the house.

Total cost, about $2,100. Lovely. At least the little girl is ok. Was able to bring her home late last night and she was a bit groggy from the anesthesia. Today she seems like herself so far.

Man, really glad to hear she is doing well!! Is she currently occupying lap space?

Edit: Just noticed that is a day early for legs. Are you able to load your leg press w/o a great deal of discomfort?

The wife has been looking at 2 different litters. One just born and one that is a planned breeding in the near future. I told her just give me a little warning because I want to put new steps on the front deck with more run and less rise to decrease the angle of them and also an adjacent ramp as well. The last time that we had our big boy in the house right before we had to put him down, I had to carry him down the steps. He was just so weak so I had to pick up 270+ lbs. of mastiff without any help and it was a struggle....I'm getting old ( maybe).

We did take in a pup some @sshole put out close to out house that is part beagle and what looks to be part Springer spaniel?

Pretty sure she had been mistreated, but we caught her stealing food we put out for the orange cat (the one I named Vitamin C). So, it took some doing, but finally she would come to the wife; all children and animals love her. Not long after that, the dog started following me everywhere, even down to the shop.

Thought she may have been micro-chipped and just gotten lost, but she wasn't chipped and just the way she was do skittish, I'm positive some loser treated her poorly. Anyway, needless to say she now sleeps in the bed with us or jumps up on my lap if I'm in my chair. We have another vet visit coming up for her and will get her spayed as well.

LOL, damn dog will run a rabbit in a heartbeat and I believe she would be good at flushing out quail, etc. Mrs. AG came back in from walking/ running her cussing and asking me to help pull the briars and burrs from her sweatpants. The dog ( we named her Sally) got after some rabbits and just had to get up in the wild blackberry canes from last season.

Mastiff(s) definitely in the works though.

Always on my lap. Yeah, feeling better. Think I may have irritated it last Friday on back day. I did straight arm pulldowns which I never do. Thinking that may have done it.

That doesn't seem to be a good movement for me. It fvcks with my crappy left shoulder. I can do cable laterals w/o much issue, but straight arm pulldowns makes something rotate kind of funky with the left shoulder.

I'm back to functional as well, Clarky.....at least physically!

Thought the jury was still out on the mental side, but Kel said the verdict was in. I received the virtual thumbs down via email on that.

On the other hand, my labs came back and weren't too shabby for an old fat fvcker.

So had blood drawn on the 23rd and got results on the 27th. Didn't go crazy with testing this time. CBC, CMP, total and free T, PSA, IGF-1, and E2. When I do the DHT, PRL, C-reactive, D-dimer, etc. it usually takes a few more days than it did this time.

Yep, considering the cycle I'm on, there are some lows and highs that aren't "normal", but expected. Had my igf checked, apparently my numbers are better than expected (436) for what I'm doing. Was told that I should be very happy.

    How about yourself?

Most stuff was good. My IGF-1 is usually at or over the top w/o any help but it was a tad lower this time. Think because I haven't been lifting as much...that's fixing to change though.

    Just a few highlights:
CBC was all in normal range except for RDW, but I ditched some blood recently.
    CMP was good.
Total cholesterol 159 on a scale of 100-199 mg/dL. That will come down a tad with more frequent lifting
    Triglycerides 36 on a scale of 0-139 mg/dL
    HDL 53 range is > 39 mg/dL
    VLDL(calculated) 7 range is 5-40 mt/dL
LDL ( calculated) 99 range is 0-99 mg/dL. Might have affected this with some recent C-17aa usage or Kel says everyday life takes it toll as well.
    Total T 849 range is 264-916ng/dL
Free T 31.67 range is 5-21 ng/dL. (my SHBG values are usually bottom range but didn't check it this time. Have a feeling they are still down there ).
    PSA 0.8 range is 0-4.0 ng/dL.
    IGF-1 135 range = 61-200 ng/dL. Usually I'm around 230-ish with no help
E2 37.9 8-35 pg/mL. Not really sweating this one very much. I feel pretty good.

Probably will dial my Saturday shot back just a smidge. Will see the Dr. for her labs Wednesday so I'm not pegging the upper end of total T.

As long as I am feeling well and assure her my values are good, she generally pulls the minimum requirements, so no freeT or E2, just CBC, CMP, and total T as long as I give her a good set of my self ordered labs occasionally (I gave her a decent set last time).

Thought the jury was still out on the mental side, but Kel said the verdict was in. I received the virtual thumbs down via email on that.

On the other hand, my labs came back and weren't too shabby for an old fat fvcker.
    Hahaha ya mad fucker.

It's an ongoing struggle but I'm getting I think I'm getting a better grip on it, Sil. I'm keeping it in the 46% to 54% range so far w/o killing my hemoglobin or ferritin.

It just requires frequent monitoring. The last PT/INR I did was still in the "unacceptable" territory by most standards, but that won't change due to genetics.

I'm staying out of the skull orchard, so that's a plus.
