Just back guys had a good session i did arms. (PB)
Standing db curls 1 working 1 drop
incline db curls 1 working 1 drop
Db preacher 1 working 3 neg a side
S incline lying db tri ex 1 working 1 drop
CG bench 1 working DD (Smith)
Tri pd 2 sets
Done. It was ok, don't feel to great the dag. Feel a bit sick yucky.

Ugh, just got up. Not feeling it, but need to do it. Have been debating on just taking a week off from lifting then going straight into a pullback. IDK, maybe I'll feel better once I get fully awake and get my sh!t together.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Hello guys and Gal,
Had a real nice off day, we got to the beach early before it was crowded, it actually got way crowded so we left at 2 and went to my Aunts pool for the rest of the day. MY body is feeling better and my CNS has recovered and I feel better. Knee is still sore so today is just ab's and maybe some light chest work.
I took a few pics of the beach, nobody was there yet, by 2 pm it was packed and only about 2' between people. I dont have patience for that shit, sucked because many of my friends were there and some good volley ball was going down. Im kinda almost a pro (well in my eyes lol)

Your 100% correct and Im going to do it more often. You know we go away on vacations, spend thousands of dollars and where we live is as nice or better and I dont make the most of it. Im going to take some more pics for Marcus's thread next weekend. For some reason these didnt upload good, they are much nicer on my computer. Im going to use my 1000$ camera I bought for the Met 4 years ago and havent used since

Yesterday's Chest Session - lots of accessory work(but DB flys were hurtin so went with lots of cables)
Slight Incline DB PRESS
Warm ups high reps 3 feelers
2w 12ish/10ish then dropped and RPd 2x
Reg incline DB Press
3 feelers
2w 8-12 DD + RP
Standing bent over cables(down sides)
4x 15+
Seated bringing low to high
4x 15+
Standing staggered stance / hitting middle
4x12-15
Standing low to high - love these now I got some ROM in my shoulder again
