    Finally got to a 10rm at 290lb today. Tomorrow I travel back to India for what I hope is my last 10.5 months in that godforsaken place.

    That was quite the humbling experience in regards to amount of weight moved, but everything feels nice and warm.

    Basically, a few warmup sets, then straight working sets.

    Cable laterals, reverse flyes, d'bells presses, and front and rear b'bell shrugs superset with d'bells shrugs from the side.

    39 minutes.

    No gym for the next 2 says or so, got lots of work on. Blast is going nicely, we had some very nice weather there the last few wks, back to normal now

    Back for another round of deep tissue work this morning. Should have my back pretty well squared away other than a chiro visit next week!

    Standard machine rows
    Pulldowns
    Bent over flys
    Shrugs
    Barbell rows

    5 WS of 10 reps each, going for the feel, used very strict form.

    I would love to do it but just going in there for the first time is what kind of make me nervous, plus the fact that I can’t even touch my knees would probably be bad also My friend races motor cross and he loves it, hes kinda addicted too it. Lastly I’d have to starve myself for about six hours before I go in there too lastly I’ve had to starve myself for about six hours before I go in there too

    I actually started eating less before training because of that, sometimes it would really make it a pain in the ass to train.

    Since I’ve dropped 20 lbs and been getting bi-monthly deep tissue massage, I’m so much stronger. I can actually do the push-up pose and Chaturanga. I’m holding poses longer and feeling muscles. I FEEL differences in right from left especially in twisting poses. Losing flexibility is not an option!

    There are plenty of men in class. Try it!

    Good instructors acknowledge gas release is not shameful and expected.

    is nonjudgmental. I appreciate this philosophy as I practice advanced poses especially one legged balance poses.

    Morning fellas/Girly yip am still alive hahaha. Just so so busy i have had my own work to do after my work so not had any time for life really.

    Got doors to change in my wee mums house after work today as she is moving home so busy tonight again then another job to price up. AG, Kel mrs still hanging on its started though so so chuffed.

    I will try and get back tonight can't see it lol, training has been bad as in not getting any .

    Shoulders and Tri's yesterday. Shoulder is hanging in there. Mostly good days. Pressing still is no issue whatsoever but I did stop all other movements a month or so ago to help speed up the healing process. Hopefully it's working along with BPC-157 and the rest of the kitchen sink.....

    Today was one of those days where I was sitting in the parking lot of the gym at 9:00pm, after a looonnnng ass day at work, and I about said fuck it and went home, but I went in anyway, and ended up having a killer back and biceps workout. Can’t beat that feeling.

    I may have undone a shitload of healing in my left arm today. Going to give it a couple of weeks and if things don't improve, I"m going to visit the IMC ( integrated musculoskeletal care)
    people at work.

    Hi fellas/Girly. Got chest and tris done this morning and it went good. Cables to stretch and warm up.

    Cable fly 1 w DD

    Flat ish machine press 2w

    Pec dec 2w 1 drop

    Tri pd 2w 1 drop straight bar

    Behind head tri ex 2w straight bar cg

    French press 2w

    Done, 2 working set on mostly all today, weights are up, nice and slow and controlled.

    Hi people,

    A lot of shit happening on this side of the pond. Too heavy for this Forum to be honest so I'll focus on the positive. Started working with my coach and getting ready for a photo shoot in July. It's a bigger shoot for once and my daughter and I are in it and taking pictures with her is something I'll never forget, and I'll have memories forever :-) Very happy about that one!

    My coach has me eating more food than I would typically do for this but it's only an increase in protein so getting about 220g/day which is, I guess, a bit higher than I usually eat when cutting but it already seems to be working. I need to be shirtless for the shoot so I can not look remotely "fat." When I say fat, I say that with this forums standards in mind. Will be taking a bit of gear for the next 8-weeks also. Nothing really to delve into as it's just aiding the primary process of eating and training. He will be modifying the lifts I use as he said my triceps and lower back needs work, amongst other things.

    Guess that is it for now. After the July shoot, I start focusing on my physique competition at the beginning of the new year. Not sure which one yet but there a few of them around that time of year.
