Uh, gee, they’re bard yard animals so no they aren’t sanitized.
They poop little dry pellets & I don’t believe they pee on you (but hey, you only live once & I’m sure there’s a hose if they do).

In the shop, it's kind of a fun challenge for the ticker once you hit your stride. Just don't stand up too quick after taking a kneeling breather.
Don't the yoga mats turn into a slip-n-slide when y'all are doing your movements?

U would rather enjoy the stretch. It’s awesome for you. I sit for better part of work day so hip flexors are incredibly tight. Hamstrings always tight too for some reason.

It felt good, but they don’t stomp. The hooves are small as the goats are very tiny (no more than 15#).
They just randomly climb on and off different backs, or sometimes just lie next to you.
Cute as hell. It was my my wife’s Physical Therapy department, we went as a group. Smiles all around, nobody was disappointed.
