    Again AG, prox thank you.
    Ok did shoulders late this afternoon, went good. Never hit traps three yapping bastards talking around the smyth machine then when i could have used it the pricks stopped talking shit and used it wanks.
    So...

    Standing db side raises 4 sets 12-15 reps

    One arm raised bench at 45į 4 sets a side 10 reps

    Rev pec dec few big sets light ish then

    4 sets 12-15

    Bent over rev db fly 4 sets 10

    Cable front raises 3 sets 10 so back against the machine so cable is between your legs

    Seated db press 3 sets 10

    Done, right trap is agony, no idea why as i never trained them. Good session though chuffed.

    I crunch and pop back at will, Especially noticeable if place light hand while rotating shoulder blades. But never had it cause my alarm due to noise so thinking your crunching was different. Glad feeling better!

    Hahaha, he looks so different eh, really like the guy. Cool fucker, no mince just says it as it is.

    Just watched his you tube vid of him shaving it off, you should see his daughters and mrs reaction to it so funny.
    Darren sadler i like to, i did see him on set on this years well last years wsm but he wasn't a ref as he usually is.

    Ok got chest done tonight, good session for what i did, it was a rush as i had to catch the shop to get whey.

    Slight incline db fly in to press 4 set 10 reps

    Cable fly 4 sets 12 reps lots of negatives

    Pec dec 5 sets of 12 lots of pause and negatives

    Done, i know not a lot but it was effective. Not likely at all to get a session the rest of the week, i have jobs on wed/thu/fri after work. So it will be the week end.

    Double shot Tuesday! Meaning injections in both knees. Ortho did one from the side and one from the front. That was the first time I saw him to one from the front. All went well as expected. I did bounce legs to the day before instead of the same day. He also checked my shoulder while there. He was happy with the progress. Def seems to be improving.

    Excellent, especially with the shoulder. Sounds like he gave you a good cushioning in the knees!

    Travis Ortmayer was talking about how much PRP injections helped him. Then he posted some pics of shoulder surgery and post-surgery pics. Discussed his therapy for the repaired shoulder and current limitations after which he did a 1 arm 500# deadlift with the good arm.

    Clarky, LOVE that blast, got great results with that combo myself & will be going back to it. Just didnít use the deca . Added HGh & clen - burned off a ton of fat.

    Think it was just craptacular scar tissue maybe. I ruptured the bursa in that shoulder in '07 or so and it's been a little deficient ever since. The nerve thing has been ongoing for 18 months or so and just finally said "I quit".

    Did arms this morning, went ok but just never had that fire . Right bi and tri was a lot weaker today for some reason so was pissed right off about that.
    Strange really no idea why, nothing has been strained or hurt.

    So.
    Standing db curls 2 sets drop 2 set 8-10 reps

    Incline db curls 3 sets 8

    Db hammer 2 sets high reps to fail

    Machine preacher 4 sets 11

    Machine tri ex 3 sets 10-12 reps

    Tri pd 3 sets 11 stack

    Slight incline db 2 sets 8 reps fucking pissed off here right tri weak
