I joined an online food boot camp for 8 weeks. I need some help to loose between 20 - 25 lbs and can’t do this alone. The approach doesn’t endorse intense workouts for several reasons - I’ll be eating 500 cal deficit, working out increases my saboteur and along those lines. I’ll likely maintain yoga and some strength training but nothing intense.
This was not inexpensive so I’m going to make the most of the next 2 months to really focus on creating new habits and getting most out of my investment and try to get really close to my goal. According to guidelines I should weigh 120 lbs which seems very low for the amount of muscle I’ve been fortunate to maintain so I doubt I’ll see this on scale ever. And I’m ok with that!

Sorry for the delayed participation everyone, but bear with me. The left arm is still pretty bad, but slowly, I mean slowly, getting better. I strained my left hand lifting large-ish parts at work as much as I can and used my arm as much as possible in addition to only being able to curl 5 pounds.
Talked with my Dr. @ my last visit about using an electronic muscle stimulatator in conjunction with the physical therapy and she agreed the muscle needs more attention that what I can do with just lifting right now.
Anyway, I dropped a little cash and just started using it. Like Kel, I'm going to be focusing on getting a little healthier as well. One of my BP meds was changed to Telmisartan and it just isn't doing the job the Atacand was. My BP ran high this last go around so my kidneys took a light pounding according to the urine screening, but nothing horrible.
So, this go around, it will be TRT test, moderate primo enanthate , and low dose tren .... probably a little low dose d'bol as a preworkout. Cardio will have to be more regular.
Lipids looked fantastic though, or at least pretty darn good I thought . If I was able to lift more intensely right now, LDL would probably have been low to mid-range going by past values. (Keep in mind I was running low dose tren and var 4 weeks prior to these labs being drawn).
Lipid Panel
Cholesterol, Total 139 NORMAL 100-199 mg/dL
Triglycerides 41 NORMAL 0-149 mg/dL
HDL Cholesterol 53 NORMAL >39 mg/dL
VLDL Cholesterol Cal 8 NORMAL 5-40 mg/dL
LDL Cholesterol Calc 78 NORMAL 0-99 mg/dL
CBC, hormones, IGF-1 and most of the CMP was legit as well. The only thing off was in the urine screening. They're going to email me the results Monday.Last edited by almostgone; 10-05-2019 at 01:33 PM.

I’m following the rules to a t. I’m lean every where except tummy - seriously 90% of my fat is there.
I’m hoping to loose that curve.
Really not sure what weight will work for me. 130 seems like a good number. 120 seems tad low. At 140 I start looking very healthy. Lowest I’ve been is 136 for a heart beat. I need to do better.
I need to be like Kelkel and maintain same weight everyday year over year!

LOl, I hear you. I'm honored to know the man, but it kills me when I text him to see what's going on and I get, "Got a few more veins today, bodyfat is in single digits, the dog is on my lap, and I'm eating a bowl of ice cream".
Seriously, GGR, of the pictures I've seen you post, your curves are just perfect and all in exactly the right places!!!There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Last Saturday or Sunday...28th of September. I are a Libra. Can't y'all tell by how balanced I am?
This electric muscle stimulatator is pretty cool. Been alternating between strength and and resistance modes and am working my way up on the power settings. Seems to be helping. I couldn't make a fully closed fist with that arm this morning but I can now and it feels I can build up a little tension with the biceps. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Hi guys,
Fat dude in Bangalore checking in. Seriously, gaining weight like a mofo (210 this am) but of course I'm bloated like crazy. Had a BP issue over the last few days but coach is helping me through it. Not overly concerned about it as I know it's temporary but when it affects your ability to eat and train the cycle loses its point so. Looks from midday today like it is back under control but still taking 3-days of 3 of the compounds in combination with keto to drop water. Getting back to normal cycle on Tuesday again. Only 4-weeks left of this first round before rotating compounds so trying to hang in there.

Hi guys,
Clocked in at 212lb this morning. Jeans that 6-7 weeks ago had 1" between stomach and pant will not button up no matter the amount of force you apply. I am tired beyond belief. I guess gaining 20lb in 3-weeks will have your body say, WTF, and it is showing it. Fell asleep two extra times yesterday during the day, when I say fell asleep, I mean, I almost fell onto the bed and was virtually instantaneous asleep. Insane feeling. Well, 3-weeks in and protocol is changing in another 3. Sticking needles in your body all the time and training is honestly nothing compared to eating all the F*%KING TIME. I HATE FOOD.
Whining over. Back to work :-)

Couple quick progress pics so you guys and girls can see what I’ve been up to.
Gone from 203lbs about 3 months ago to 175 lbs in the pics. Felt pretty fatigued there so increased some food and hovering at 177-78 now and feel a lot better. Just that couple lbs seems to be the threshold with my energy levels right now. I’m not competing so no need to feel like hell right?

Quick update. Stuck at 210-212 (depending on the day), and it's taken me until now to figure most things out, to be honest. The first time around with this approach so I am keeping a very open mind and take things as they come. In a bizarre turn of events, the following happened; Started feeling a bit off, and the lethargy has not gone away. I also started feeling a bit, not insecure, but fixated; I guess I can describe it as. I got furious about nothing at all, and my wife asked me to list all the things I am currently taking. Always been very upfront about it, so no issue there, and she was trying to be helpful. Anyways, I gave her the list, and she stopped at MK677, got on WhatsApp, and 2h I'm sitting in the office of one world-leading expert on the compound who studies "flight and fear response" who she works with. It turns out this dude knows a LOT of unofficial stuff in regards to humans' response on this compound (Unofficial because they use it in rats to generate fear response). Regardless, he did say that, not commonly; humans will also feel a bit paranoid and extra "fearful" when taking this compound. It's a simple thing to test, so I am removing it for a couple of weeks to try the idea and also see how I feel and if it will help with the lethargy.

Shoulders and Tri's today.
Smith Press: 3 working, 6-8 reps
Side saddle one arm smith press: 3 sets 8-10 reps. Still love these as they hit my side delt really well and my ortho doesn't want me doing laterals anymore (ever). So far I've listened and my shoulder is healing so....
Dumbell Rear delts on high incline: 3 sets 15-20 reps. Doing these differently as well to help shoulder. Elbows don't go beyond a 90 and palms are as if holding a barbell. Really target the rear delts well.
Whatever I gotta do to get by.
Triceps: Press downs: 3 sets pretty heavy 10 ish reps
Cable skull crushers: 3 sets 10-12 reps
Reverse tricep pushdowns: 3 sets 15-20 reps.
Good day.

Been doing shoulder moments completely differently these days as well with everything.. warmups, weight/reps, angle/movements. Also the high reps 12-20 can be punishing and I love it when at a caloric deficit. Can’t grow at a cal deficit anyway and helps prevent injury with less energy/heavier weight and can still be intense.
Diet ends Saturday too so I’m excited to ramp up the macros and go back to some hit and heavy drop sets.
My training partner and a bunch of people from our gym/team are competing this weekend and everyone is ready to eat
Plans to go to a great pizza place Saturday night, this crazy amazing breakfast place the next morning, killer donut shop on the way back home. Then bourbon and burgers, followed by a quick nap and dinner at a local joint before getting back to the grind with a new diet on Monday.
May take 3-4 days off or just head in for light weights and cardio
