Morning fellas/Girly, off work today. Really not well, it started around 3 days or so ago really sick feeling very cold but hot. It has got worse so off work today as i was just plodding by.
I not have a dull pain kinda at my lower back area, kidney area, the only thing that changed in my blast was the new var i started. I am not saying it's the var i'm only saying it is the only thing that i have added at 20mg day.
So health first fuck the blast just now, can't eat can't train can't sleep. Got the do this morning so he/she will most likely just say a virus.

Thank you prox, well the doc was kinda stumped as i had that much symptoms just to say a virus, he checked me all over bp was a tad high not bad he said. I stopped taking my anxiety tabs ages ago, he said this is most likely the cause of me being not well, i do have a few worries in my life like most and i over think everything to the worst. I started back on them today so hopefully get back to normal asap or if it is a virus few more days.
He told me to take one week off work, i can't do that
fuck i really want to though.

Got my self ordered labs from Saturday back. Pretty darn satisfied. Recovered well from the tren and C17-AAs.
Temporarily have Hct and Hgb in check as well. That will change in October, so I'll adjust then.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

As i have not long had blood work done and he felt that it was my anxiety that was causing this he did not want to run bloods just now.
Since thursday i do feel a lot better, i had doubled up my meds dose to get things going again i will keep doing this for a few more days then drop it back to normal.

I was feeling a lot better but needed to get in there and do something. Did not want to kick the cunt out of it and set myself back more again so never went crazy. Felt every rep, loved it.

Been off again for a few sorry guys .
So about 3 -4 weeks ago, after I moved , I started working out with my sous chef in Sunday’s. He’s strong, but learning. Doesn’t know how to push himself, so Sunday’s are the only day we can train together. So every Sunday we try to hit a different part and I show him some stuff that I’ve learned here. Mainly pushing urself to ur limits, failure. Which he was never doing.
Never went above weight he couldn’t get 8-10 reps, and even then wasn’t failure.
So very first week, we did shoulders. Think I posted. Great session. He was done at the end. But second to last movement we did, reverse hammer strength press.
I told him about these and wanted to show him “proper form” go figure.
2nd set in, I’m repping out, and POP. I said it instantly. Look over st him and said I just injured myself.
Well definitely did, at first it was like I slept wrong and just hurt to move my neck side to side. You know the feeling. Well by second week pain didn’t go away. Constant throbbing and then pain moved into my left arm. Pretty bad. Doesn’t end, nothing touches it either.
So boss had a good chiro figure I would go maybe needs to be worked out. I go for first visit, he’s 65 ish, and looks solid man. Definitely bodybuilder. He asks why I’m here. I explain, and his very first response was “probably herniated “ I was like wtf.
Good news he thinks he can work it out. So he doesn’t do a lot of the cracking and adjustments per say. He might eventually. But first day he did deep tissue. He knew every point to touch and knew exactly what was wrong. Which is awesome cause he knows what he’s doing but also scares me cause he’s also probably right about it being herniated. Since I’m having nerve pain in my arm.
Anyways seeing him again tomorrow, and see how it goes. Took the week off the gym.
He also says he’s gonna help me train differently for longevity which at this point I think I need.

Hi guys,
Back in the most polluted country in the world after a week in Sardinia. Got everything prepared to start a rotating cycle of compounds tomorrow. Got Workout, Nutrition, and Hormones all optimized with much help from my coach. New territory for me as I have never done this before. Popping some test and competing in CrossFit is one thing, optimizing all components for growth is not something I have ever focused on so will be interesting to see what happens. Clocked in pretty fat this AM and considering all the food consumed this past week it is no wonder :-) Anyways, ready to get rocking and hope it will work, I'm sure with some obstacles, but in the end produce excellent results that will make me able to compete in Physique at the end of next year.

Strutting a bit in the locker room all pumped post workout & keeping up with the kiddies doing the same.
It was a good day.

Just about noon here in Bangalore. Two days in and clocked in at 202lb this AM. Fun to see water weight hitting that fast and bringing the weight up. Anyways, sore AF from the workouts but it is mostly because I was half working out before I started this for almost a month straight as I knew I had to recover a bit. Body feels good overall, shall see what I say this coming week, or more specifically, after leg day (Always will be my favorite).

Hi Boys and Girl. Haven't posted much lately. Well, haven't been on much lately. Life gets in the way at times unfortunately. Anyway, wanted to post some updated pics from this month. Off cycle now but currently running TRT dose test and low dose Deca as usual. Planning on staying this way until January. Need to continue healing up my shoulder (which is improving greatly I believe compliments of the PRP shot) and give my knees a break. Even with the gel shots they still aren't great. So, just going to train to failure, no forced, RP's or anything similar, eat a lot and maybe, just maybe add in cardio. Feels like i need it.

Girl is back from vacation with my sissy. Sporting a great tan. We walked everyday on beach reaching upwards of 7 miles and ate fairly healthy. Called it breakfast and linner ( lunch and dinner) lol. Caught up on rest and even think dropped a few pounds. Me and bathroom scale do not have a relationship at this moment. I’m sticking with feel of clothes bc that bitch gets in my head lately.

Hi fellas/Girly, nice you had a great time Girly.
We went away for 2 nights fri/sat, went down to England. Great couple of days off, i got chest in yesterday. Trying to get shoulders done today but got a few things to do so might be struggling.
My mother is not good at all she is in hospital and won't be returning home so me and my brothers have lots to get sorted.
She can not look after herself now and is in a really bad way. She went down hill fast since we lost our father so my head is fucking everywhere trying to keep my own family running good work, ma mother , so life is a bit upside down just now again.
Life just gets good then boom shattered again nightmare.
Now on top of this the endo is wanting me to push my nebido out to every 12wks witch is fine by me as i am at every 11wks just now and my hema is top end. But she wants bloods at 6wks after next pin ffs and that is only a few wks away. I am still running deca tren and mast. Dropped the test 2wks ago as o was bloating far to much and it has settled down a lot. I only got the letter last wk about this. life can be so fucking cruel.

So so sorry to hear about your mom. My mom’s mind is starting to deteriorate - this was the first year she forgot my birthday. The only recommendation is let least important items slip and say no to anything that takes away from family and rest. Priorities have a way of sorting themselves out during these times.
And although life is cruel, it is beautiful. It’s a balance between both. Hugs my friend.
