Nah, I know they under massive stress and probably have 3 doing the work of 5 people. I didn't get hostile with them, I just stared a hole through the one that was snarky and told the other ladies to be safe and have a nice day.
They're still allowing PT here, but no massage therapy (medical). I think they shut down one tattoo and piercing parlor here for not complying with the list of businesses to shut down.
I did hit the store for a few things recently and they were only allowing "X" number of people based on square footage of the store and had directional arrows taped off on the floor to keep traffic flowing but maintain social distancing. All it took to disrupt the whole process was a morbidly obese mid-20s to early-30s guy buying beer and ice cream. I honestly wanted to flip him and the scooter he was riding over. Idiot was going against the traffic flow, cutting people off..... basically being a selfish a-hole. About the only reason I didn't change his attitude is when you have that kind of environment, a small skirmish can turn into a huge melee and it's not like it was a hostile environment....it just irks me.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

So you have one of those looks / glares as well? I just have to watch it, sometimes I break mine out unintentionally & things go not so smoothly.
I want more ink so badly, but it really is flat out dumb right now.
Hey, since when is beer & ice cream not a necessity? Kudos to you for not taking action.
Gawd, my folks want to talk on the phone this afternoon. Looks like happy hour starts extra early.

Well, doing good in this temporary country. They seem to have taken a completely different approach than the rest of the world. Numbers seem to indicate it is working but who knows until it is over. At least everything is open and all things are recommendations and not mandatory stay at home. People seem to follow it. I found the most fantastic gym I have ever seen. Going to grab some pictures when I get a chance. It is quite remarkable.
I was about to order my first batch of AAS and it is expensive AF if you are used to India prices :-) About 2-3 times the cost. Insane. At least I know what all you are going through. Got a script from the local doctor here for Test-E so that part is done and he is looking at giving me GH but said it is VERY unusual to script that but he will try. Guess I got to run a blood test next week, that should look interesting on 250mg test-e/wk, 500mg tren /wk, 700mg mast/wk. That test will probably tell him I am dying or something, lol....
I hope you guys are all staying safe. It should all be our main concern these days.

Chest and bi's yesterday:
Working sets:
Smith incline press: 3 sets 6-10 reps with drop on last
Incline flies: 3 sets, moderate weight, 12-15ish reps
Dumbell flats: 3 sets probably 10-12 slower reps
Preacher curls: 3 sets 8-12 reps
EZ bar curls: 3 sets 10-12 controlled reps.
Dumbell over bench preacher curl: 3 sets 10 reps or so.
Feels good to be able to do standing type curls again. Took a long time post infraspinatus tear to be able to do standing/cable or dumbell curls. Everything had to be supported to avoid irritation. Anyway, good workout. Legs on the agenda in an hour or so.

Just biceps and delts. All drop sets and supersets at a range of 12-20 and failure. Decent workouts actually. The mirror is improving slightly, might add on to test only. Food is more readily available & not an issue, maybe time to proceed.

Good leg day yesterday:
5 minutes stationary bike
Seated hamstring curls: 3 sets 12 ish reps all with pause at full contraction
Squats: Two relatively heavy 10-12 reps. Rarely ever start with squats for quads. Definitly took a while for knees to warm up.
Vertical press: 3 sets 15 reps
Dumbell Sumo squats: 2 sets 15 reps
Calf's on vertical press (cause the weight was already there and I'm lazy): 4 sets 15 ish reps
Solid day. Feeling it today.
Edit to add that i can feel the effects of the Zilretta shots starting to fade. Dammit. But it did last longer than I expected considering what i put it through.Last edited by kelkel; 04-15-2020 at 10:56 AM.

It was inevitable. Therapy deferred until June 1. I'll continue on my own.

Yes sir. They offered virtual rehab sessions, but with the Internet signal out here, it would be pointless. I am still sticking with the kitchen sink approach. Just got another sink in the mail today.
This is going to put the NCV study out to a later date as well, which definitely blows.jThere are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

DOMS really kicked in today. Fine, my wife wanted her car washed, hey that’s a nice lightweight workout & the weather rocks today.
First off, my lame cargo shorts that I wear in the summer occasionally? A 3 inch gap between the button and that thing it goes into - WTF?!? How’d that happen?
Fine, gym shorts.
Then, bending over to clean the crap inside the rims - hello lower back. Then, I swear to God, I’m still sweating like a pig 2 hours after I’m done?!?
Tonight, Advil and a salad. Tomorrow I start walking more.
