SS a couple of pressing and rowing movements. SD front and rear flies. Some abs and for a joke tried to do burpees. I could only do them as slowly as a turtle and barely managed 4

Now I remember why I hated them in PE class as a kid.

Long walk, no shirt (80’s and sunny). My gut and “slightly” flabby pecs probably did a great job of keeping people far away from me or flat out had them turn around and walk in the opposite direction.

    Ahh killed legs yesterday:

    5 minutes stationary bike
Seated curls: 3 working 12 ish reps, all paused at the top (try this, it hurts)
Vertical press: 3 sets 15 reps, last two pretty heavy. All slow and controlled.
Squats: 3 sets 12 ish reps. Again, slow and controlled. Moderate weight.
Sumo dumbell squats: 2 sets 15 reps
    Calf crap: 4-5 sets standing

Really hurting last night. Took a couple advil as well as some topical gel.

    Good day!

    Good day!
On the seated leg curls, is the hold at contraction or was it leg extensions.
Just woke up and no coffee yet so brain is more abby-normal than usual.

Yes at peak contraction. It's tough to get used to doing and weight definitly has to be lighter. That said, I no doubt feel leg curls are much more effective this way for me. We've talked before, normally when you start a leg curl it's a violent start to it, not a smooth transition to the heavier portion of the movement. Doing them this way since my ham tears has helped both my confidence (in my hams) and enabled me to make progress despite using lighter weight.

I did get through to the radiology clinic, they say they have insurance approval, but need my clinical info from the physical medicine practice, which is closed until 6/1.

I've got my order, don't know what else they need buy it's rather irksome.

Congrats on the approval, but the wait sucks.

4 hours of yard work today. Sweating, huffing and puffing. Soaked myself with a garden hose to wash off the dirt, sweat and cool myself down. Felt amazing; simple pleasures. Gonna be hurting tomorrow, but it’s great being active.

“worked out” in makeshift home gym

Unburied a Pilates machine for warmup on rebounder, arms and lower body. Yes I will be sore.

Felt good to feel like I did something more than walk.

I got my test results back and met with the Doc yesterday. I'll post them up later but really not much to see with some minor exception. Did not prescribe me GH because he said around here if he does that without a damn good reason he will get fired due to the expenses. Said I could use the Testoviron I brought from India as it kept me at a good level and not start switching things around at this time as they use, only, that super long ester one. The doc was one of those older guys who were super relaxed and I almost had to tell him my entire life story because due to COVID-19 people are not coming in anymore as they are afraid of getting sick. Said he will be very interested in seeing how many people we lost who should have sought medical treatment for diabetes, heart issues, and so on once this is over as they were too afraid to go to the hospital.

Numbers coming later in the day but don't be excited, not much to see!

Hope you guys are having an awesome day!

You'd think they'd have someone manning a medical office to at least assist patients with issues such as this.

Here are the results. I forgot the GH test but showed it was right in the middle of the ref value. I had been off mast and tren ace for 7-days when the test was performed and continuously on 250mg of testoviron /wk for at least 6-7 months.

Asked him and he said that if was a potential problem in the hypothalamus blocking something all hormones could drop simultaneously but as I’m on trt he acknowledged it was not super useful.
