    Off to the shop to do my rehab stretches and exercises before work. Have been doing this stuff twice/day, but if it's a decent shift, I may try some very light presses with higher volume. Have been doing a little @ PT, although the majority is stability movements.


    Edit: Really crazy twitching in both arms today, so hopefully va good thing since it's happening in the good arm.

    Chest and triceps hurting. Damn, all overhead movements are a no-go.

    Got more r-bands, up to 200 pounds of resistance now, so I can drop my reps.

    Lost my gut & a little flab l, weight holding around 215. Let’s try to do a little growing here.

    Another sweet-ass day. Can’t beat this weather. More r-bands in the sun.

    Miss my iron, callouses on my hands, but this ain’t all that bad. In the time it takes to drive to the gym, park, get a locker, etc, I’ve got a good chunk of my workout done.

    Got a special big mesh tent for my cat, cause he can’t stand it when I’m out and he’s in.

    Did 3 days of core challenge to catchup. Never again. Going to do before coffee bc repack getting too high.

    Hour of Pilates. I’m super tired from stress. Gonna nap and just chill rest of day. I’m wiped out.

    Well, I have to say Thor was a little early and didn't wait for the "Down" command, but I thought the double dip call against him was shady. I thought they would've got for coming down e/o confirmation from the judge, if anything.

    I don't recall him hitting his face on anything, but after the pressing event when he was standing next to his Dad, it looked like he had a "mouse" on his cheek like he hit it on an implement or something?
