    Hi guys,

Not posted in a while as life is a bit insane at the moment. Just finished the photoshoot with my daughter which was super fun. She had another one just a week later where she wore this outfit that had her gain 4-years in 15-minutes. Made me a bit concerned for what is about to come when she becomes a teenager. Anyways, best I can do is to raise her to be as indpendent as possible able to deal with all the problems herself and try my best to be there should she need me. While I think I am very protective I try my best to keep that stuff at bay as much as possible to not create a dependecy problem that I think would become obvious when she gets older.

In the middle of my cut, got about 40-days to go and then off to Italy (Sardinia to be specific) for a Speedo photoshoot. Never done this before so shall see how it goes. Must admit I got some butterflies in my stomach for that one.

I started getting very tired a few weeks back and this happened once before when I was using some orals. Nothing crazy but I was taking 50mg of Var, 50mg of Winny and 10mg of Dbol . Ran some blood test and my liver and kindeys did not seem to happy about it and I was so tired I could, literally, not get out of bed. Stopped all orals and 3-days later I am back to normal. Any advice on how I can take those orals and not experience those sides would be appreciated. If I can't I won't and will just throw it away.

Hope you guys are all well?

Tarmyg, I would try not running that much C-17AAs at one time. 50 mg of var is gracious plenty; 30mg should do it with good var.

Maybe run var one time and winny the next. I don't think the 10mg of d'bol is the culprit.

Congrats on the time spent and accomplishments with your daughter!!

Noted AG and much appreciated. Going to let my liver recover a bit and I am running injectables only at the moment. Added in 4IU of HGH for these last 45-days taken in the AM with fasted cardio. Not a big believer in that specific protocol but right now scientific evidence is out the door and I throwing in everything and the kitchen sink :-) Might still not be enough, to be honest as there is still quite some ways to go.

Been off site other than responding to PM's for the last couple weeks. Life events can cause havoc at times. Anyway, good to be back.

Update of shoulder. Seems to be improving. Still get days where it throbs for no fucking reason though. But most days it's not bad. Still not doing any lateral work only pressing for delts. Normally I've been starting with smith front presses followed by dumbell presses. Was thinking that kicking up the dumbells was irritating it slightly so I went back and replaced them with the one-arm smith press which I totally forgot about for a while. It's the one where you have to sit side-saddle on the bench and you're grabbing the bar with the elbow slightly foreward. Picture holding a spear or javelin, etc. Hold on to part of the machine with your free hand for stability. I forgot how effective this movement is. It seems to really hit side delts which I cannot directly do right now as I can't do lateral movements.

Next, going in tomorrow for more knee gel injections (hyaluronic acid) tomorrow morning. This time both knees, why not. It's a series of three injections in each knee a week apart. So the next three tuesdays I'll be getting stabbed in both knees. Doesn't hurt though and there's no resulting inflammation or mobility issues. Insurance covers it so I'm on it. Ortho calls them an "oil change for the knees".

Anyway, that's my update so far.

Your way of one arm Smith presses is much easier on the wrist as well. I lasted about 2 times sitting in the normal bench position but with one arm centered up on the bar. The next few times I did it seated sideways and it's much better plus I'm catching more breeze from the window ( have a big fan in the roll-up door pulling air out.

How much volume are the hyaluronic injections? (Mrs. AG wants to know). I told her it was probably dependent on the individual.

I was super relaxed after hour acupuncture, cupping and scrapping session...sleep great. Felt great, including shoulder which been nagging for a month. Within 48 hours not sure it helped...and I wasn’t expecting miracles. I’m sure it’s like massage....have to go for reg appointments which is $90 for 60 min session. Seems a tad high for my taste.

I’m back home after 3 full days of yoga, Pilates and Zumba classes...did 5 yoga sessions. I’m seriously loving yoga!

Long weekend included chef with farm to table meals. OMG delicious. I decided to use this as a bookend to start back on strict healthy eating - no flour - no sugar - no f fun.

Leg day yesterday. Went better than expected.

Hams: Seated curls, 3 working 12 ish reps
Vertical Press: 3 sets 15-20 reps non lock
Squats: 3 sets: 12 ish reps. Heavy but not heavy. Taking it easy on my knees especially since I had a knee injection hours before.
Dumbell lunges: 2 sets 15 reps
    Standing and seated calves

    Feeling it today.

    Good evening all.

Just training & eating. But back to school, so, so much for my naps, dammit.

Just saw some of the best rear Delts today at the gym I’ve ever seen. JC, those things originated so far back on the scapula & were so thick - just a thing of beauty.

Got my BW back, triglycerides are NOT good & my wife will let me know when I start to turn yellow (liver wasn’t that great either).

And something is waking me up & making me pee 3-4x every night.

Might be time for a break, lol.

    Hope you all are good.

Taking fish oil? Most don't take enough if they do.
How's your psa? Remember, extra test = more DHT = possible issues.
Remember liver values are elevated simply by working out and can stay that way for a week or so.

Need to take fish oil, but this been a long run, so was expecting poor numbers.

Considering what I drink, it's amazing my liver hasn't failed yet.

    PSA is good.

Will send a PM. Nice to see you again Kel!

I've got 2 errands to run and then headed to dump trash, but I'll be hitting it later myself. I'm to the point I can get away from exclusively band movements and start using a tiny amount of weight.

The therapist put me through a slew of movements yesterday but couldn't feel or spot any mechanical issues from the noise my shoulder made the other day.

It was a weird noise, kind of like when you break the leg of a chicken apart from the thigh; loud as fvck inside my head! Was afraid I had really done something bad.

It sounds like perhaps the tearing of adhesions (scar-like tissue). If your usage of that shoulder has been limited those develop pretty quickly AG.

It’s not a bad thing at all.

I'll take it. I've had sticky tissue before, but never had it make quite that noise. It sounded so dang loud.

    I'll take it though!

Back at it with an hour of yoga followed by 30 min fat burner setting on stair master - kicked my a$$...need to work on endurance!

It’s odd when you tear through it as a therapist. You can feel & hear it.

There’s an adjustment period & not all PT’s can stomach it.

The shoulder is notorious for adhesions that occur very quickly. Hey, maybe something dislodged from that nerve!

I bet it does feel different when you're manipulating it. I'm hoping that the noise is exactly what you described. Just another step closer to healing up.

Morning fellas/Girly, Arms are destroyed today had a shake and porridge on awakening. Shoulders today, i was going to do chest but i really think i will struggle pressing lol tri's are hanging off. Most likely just do rear side and traps.

They (tri's) might loosen off so i will do chest. Catch up later.

Prox, i have had this pain in my trap for a long time now. It is a dull ache up close to my neck, there wasn't anytime that i could say oh that hurt you know it sort of just came and never went. It is constant and does hinder training traps. It's been there for months.
    Any idea ? AG KEL?

Since it's been ongoing so long, maybe try some stretches to open up the cervical spine? Those felt good on my traps.
Something similar to what's done here:

I had a better link, but can't find it. If I find it I'll post it up. When my traps hurt is get all of the way up my neck.

Try these. I did them longer and held the stretch longer but it helped loosen thing up where I wouldn't have a constant dull ache.

And, yes, I felt like a bigger idiot than I usually do, when I did these.

Also, check out joetherapy on IG. Kel got me hooked on a lot of his stuff. He's pretty good. In fact, I would hit him up first.

Tried to PM you a link or two but think I failed miserably, give them a whirl though.
I have my sister in laws dryer in my right hand and am holding back a hyperactive Labrador puppy that wants to play. Fvck me.

If he humps my leg one more time...lol.

Well that's taken care of. Sister-in-law's keys fell back behind the dryer and she was a little frantic.

Now to wear this puppy down. Last time I drank a few liters of water and walked around the sister in laws back yard and peed just a little bit here and little bit there. Drove him crazy trying to run around and out his mark on top of my piss.

Could be a nasty trigger point that won’t shut off (had one that kicked my ass and finally stopped after needling & injections of cortisone.) Stretching & deep tissue work for starters though.

Could actually be coming from the spine in which stretches and deep tissue work will help as well, or a good chiropractic manipulation.
