I believe it was Kel that mentioned he runs a very conservative dose w/ tren and does well going that route. Forgot.what dosage he mentioned but it was fairly low.
Thinking on trying that this winter when it is cold if my blood will act right and TRT is finally dialed in.
Not suggesting you jump on a cycle, it just was interesting approach that Kel had mentioned. I've got mucho respect for Kel and his suggestions, so I thought I would mention it for future reference.

I spoke.w/ my boss yesterday about the amount of hours I've been putting in and even he admitted I'm handling the stressful BS better than he usually does. Anyway, he gave me the whole.weekend off and told me to forget about work and relax. The wife, beast, and I have done nothing but relax, watch movies, and sleep.
Diet is staying good though. Flank.steak or chicken breasts, lots of rice and broccoli, a few red potatoes and 1 shake. Egg whites and oats for breakfast.
Will do my damndest to post up a good lift tonight. I seriously needed this rest.
Think this will help me get the anticipation/looking forward to lifting back up to snuff.

AG I know your right about this ^^ I believe he may stop it at 100-150mgs/wk(maybe 200 I think that's high tho)

It's funny I get better results w/deca but keep my Tren at 100-200wk tops - helps a lot with my eating as higher Tren is hard for me to eat...

Jus added some deca in and upped my TRT to 350ish/wk - I'll wait a lil while and let it help my joints first but I'm thinking of adding in Tren e this go at 150ish wk if I go with deca at 5-600wk... Just thinking but would love to throw in some winny or even drol/d-Bol mix(50/50) if I do this I will not add in the Tren

Thanks,.Nach. I had almost forgotten how much it means to be able to spend with the wife and the beast. Took him for a walk around 4:30 this morning. Just a slow 2-2.5 mile walk with he and I both enjoying the sights and sounds of the wildlife. Actually took a break down by the branch and had an owl doing its thing overhead. My boy just cocked.his head from side to side and then finally joined in with some mastiff singing.
I need.to get me a good FLIR/IR camera..We have tons of wildlife around.

Sounds very serene, AG! I love the wildlife and to be that close to it sounds nothing but peaceful! Glad you were able to spend some much needed time w/your family!

Definitely back for me today. Got derailed from lifting last night due to coming in to work early, but Mrs. AG ready has my bag of stuff I carry to the shop to lift loaded up, water bottles filled, and has her broomstick ready to wake me up to lift this evening.
Your RCs feeling good is great! How much kale do put in your shake? Just an amount that looks right?

I have to watch my vitamin K intake, but I do like kale as one of my greens. Also, you're correct. Enough coffee seems to mask unpleasant flavors.
Hope the chest session is a screamer.

why do you have to watch your vit K mate?

ive had a great weekend, not much training but loads of manipulation of my shoulder while under the influence of muscle relaxer. Slow game this lot but I don't know what to do. Guy at the gym said to me I was a big fucking meat head so I took that as a compliment rather than an attack and let him go.

This morning is slow on the reps, not heavy but heavy enough to get me to around 8-10 reps and lots of drops sets I think that's what I will do

Chest done, wasn't to my best weight but still holding back due to the RC issue and also ive got weaker over the last few months due to the same issue but still this was to failure.

Vertical hammer chest press, slight angle
all exercises done with one arm at a time to concentrate on feeling the movement and also making sure each side is pushing and not compensating for the weaker rc.

3 warm up sets - pushing higher pyramiding each set till I feel comfortable
1 - working set till failure, drop set knocked another 6 reps out then dropped again and repped another 4 slow rep.

    incline db press
2 feel sets - higher end of my rep range judging weight
1 working set to failure plus 3 drops, very slow on the negative and slightly bring the bells together to transfer the pressure onto the pecs instead of the tric's

DB flyes hurt to much, so went and hit cable crossovers in a groove what felt nice without targeting my rc
2 working sets both to failure and both with 2 drops, slow concentrating on the negative

    done,
NACH3, almostgone and clarky. like this.

    done,
Very nice, Big Man! I like the one arm movements - it sure helped my R tricep start firing along with the L! I did too many movements with that damn smith machine(mainly flat bench b4 I knew better) and it totally fucked up my R side making it weaker as its a guided machine... DBs and or hammer strength/even nautilus chest press(hammer) has been much better and can take the shoulder out of the equation

yes the single movements were done just on the hammer strength not with bells but helps me concentrate a lot more on each side

ive had a great weekend, not much training but loads of manipulation of my shoulder while under the influence of muscle relaxer. Slow game this lot but I don't know what to do. Guy at the gym said to me I was a big fucking meat head so I took that as a compliment rather than an attack and let him go.

This morning is slow on the reps, not heavy but heavy enough to get me to around 8-10 reps and lots of drops sets I think that's what I will do
Vitamin K helps the body form clots with normal blood, but with my clotting disorder it increases my risk of forming blood clots. Since I already had a round of throwing clots and most anticoagulants dont work on me, I don't get too heavy with the greens, althouh I do eat my fair share. Since I crank out extra rich blood like you, I don't push my luck too far.
Before I had all of the issues, I use to love True Nutritions super green mix. Think it had alfalfa, maybe kale, and a couple of other greens but I always felt energized after using it for a few weeks and I never got sick with the flu or anything.
