Hello all been awhile for me been real busy with some side projects for about a month there but still managed to train some and this marks a almost a year on my trt. I have plans for a cycle next spring I believe I can put on some serious size with this cycle given my receptors have been dormant for almost 4years by then I’d like to add 20 Lbs if I can eat properly should be np I would think. Wouldn’t mind getting in a most improved Comp if I can make it happen. Have a kickass day

Easy now I have typed out disclaimers clearly stating nothing in terms of advice is to be drawn off my log.
I even asked marcus if that was what he was referring to and offered to take down my blood charting. Still willing to do so. In the future I won't discuss insulin but via pm. Its not really something that I should discuss where virgin eyes can see it.
Its not very fruitful. The book I got from you is the only advice I have used. I can keep my logs in a book. My apologies.

Morning, Marcus! . Did more rumble rolling and stretching last night. Have an appointment at the orthopedist/ physical rehab office today for a shoulder progress evaluation and then over to the chiro to get hamstrings scraped. Ready to get back down to the shop and get some plates clanging!

yesterday was chest and arms
- Incline hammer strength
w/u's
2w DD
-flat DB presses
pyrimided up then 2w heavy and DD
- one arm unilateral sideways presses on incline hammer strength
2w failure
- hammer strength decline
2w drop
- cables Tri-set
Low bringing cables high
3w failure s/s'd 3w bent over(back @ 90ish*) 3w cables leveled out in front coming together - all no rest right back to start of tri-set
- straight bar Oly curls s/s'd rev curls
2w drop each
- CG cable curls
1w 3 drops(avg'd 3-4 each drop if that)
- hammer curls
1w DD
- seated weighted dips
2w 3 drops
- V-Grip pushdowns s's'd rev pushdowns
5w each 6-10 rep range
- one arm rope ext's
3w each 15-20 w/forced reps for hard lockout
45 min and felt good - delts traps today then legs w/gf tomorrow(shes doing awesome btw she's put on some serious muscle)
