Too many guys get on a smith and their form changes. They don't have to balance the weight and this changes things for them. Smith squats should be treated exactly like it's a normal free weight squat as much as possible.

It's a tad warmer out here at the house than it was at work and the ground is wetter. If we get a big blast of cold air it might stick. Where I work is right at 85, so if it is nasty Sat. night, I'll stay home.

Us "northerners" always find it amusing how a dusting of snow brings life to a halt down south.

No shit. If it wasn’t for 100,000 dumbasses who don’t know how to drive. Oh shit I hit ice let me slam on my breaks.

Last snow/ ice I was the only one in the neighborhood that got out. I’m driving past assholes running into the curb and sliding down hills.

All the schools let out its bumper to bumper. 3 car pile ups. Idiots.

People can't drive worth a shit, to begin with. Add rain or snow and it just multiples their poor driving skills. We get a forecast of an inch of snow and our city wastes money by putting sand and salt out, then no snow.

It's the same story in Italy North vs South. It rarely snows over the southern half of the paeninsula, it just catch us unprepared when it happens.

Hi Gents! Not posting up any workouts.

Ive been struggling with right knee since March with self diagnosed meniscus tear. Good days and bad days....mostly good until yesterday. Swollen, can’t bend or walk properly and pain. Sometimes dragging leg, sometimes losing balance and almost down. Perhaps just sympathy pains for Kelkel.

Up this morning and noticeable swelling all around......ortho appt in a week.

On bright side, Lifestyle change going exceptionally well....ppl now noticing. Digestive, inflammation gone, flat abs. I can only imagine if I had regular workouts.

    getting elastic knee brace....

    Hope all is well!

    Nice to see you Nach!!!!

I moved to smith while increasing weight and perfecting form.

My back is also twisted and seems to help.

Can go deeper and works lower abs better.

Good job on bringing in the flag! Plus if it gets saturated and frozen it will get a bit heavy. A guy I occasionally help out when his shop is slammed with work just texted me. Boiling Springs is getting a pretty good dose of the weather as well.

Somewhat of a rest day for me. Planning on resting this morning and then squats this evening before work. Hopefully figure out if this niggle is a hamstring issue or more of a piriformis problem.

All said and done we have 9 inches in the front yard. Trees down at the entrance of the subdivision. I drove up and helped the fire department cut and move them. Then drove around it’s beautiful.

We got lucky. It’s been snowing like hell here for the last 24 hours, but the air temp has been staying at least 32, so ground temperature has been too high for much accumulation.

Part of me is hoping that they don’t have a replacement truck for me for tonight. Managed to break the augur chain in my salt spreader last night, and we don’t have part for it kicking around. Been dealing with this crap for 13 years now, so I’m over spending 13 hours at a time sitting on my ass pushing snow.

Now that I’m no longer a fatty, I can barely tolerate sitting still for more than thirty minutes at a time.

I have a cover up on my left forearm i do not like. So i'm getting the half sleeve sort of thing done to take to focus of the shitty bit lol.
I want a pocket watch, the time will be when my father past. I wanted a feather or something but she said a half pigeon wing that comes around it with a rose at the bottom with a few falling feathers. No bright colours think just black a bit white and a bit grey ?.
