Has anyone here ever used stanolone (1:1 endogenous DHT) in his time?

Interesting stuff although it would be hard to find! May I ask why would you want to use it?

Edit: I'm also curious about this stuff though unlikely I'll use it. Just wondering what it does.

Just another of my crazy ideas...might of use some to balance my TRT, I can't seem to convert enough so many benefits are missing.

I know where but raw I'll have to implement myself in homebrewing.

Woke up early enough to nuke my shoulder, do some front and side raises with my bands, and endless curls with a baby dumbbell.
Going to stay on this religiously for 1 more month. If no improvement, then I think it will be time to man up and get something done, hopefully not surgically.

Think we have a very slight chance of flurries. Probably be 33°F, windy, and rain.

    Here's the current status:

Doc said rehab should be 6-8 weeks at 2-3 times per week. That's fine, close to home and PT guy is great. Started yesterday.
Per doc he did not think strength in the ham will return 100% but may be close. He under-estimates me.
Said "divot" in thigh should improve somewhat with rehab and exercise. Ok, he actually said "deformity" but I don't like that reference so F off.
Only the long head was torn, not the short head.

I continued to pressure the doc's staff about how much of the bicep femoris was actually torn. I really want to know if it's 25% or 75% or more. Doc says it cannot be determined. I then reached out to the MRI facility and asked the same question. When they got back to me the answer was ultimately the same. Pisses me off as I know that from an MRI they can determine length and volume of a tear, but maybe in my case they did not take adequate pics to make that assessment. Or they're just to fucking lazy to figure it out for me. I really assume the latter, unfortunately.

    There ya have it.

Right long day at work the day, out in that shitty weather all day. No training the night, just not got any nrg so it would just be a waste of time.
Back to it the mora, shoulders are still a wee bit sore anyway.

That would irk me as well. I know the orthopedic surgeons have a pretty good idea of the severity of the damage before they ever start cutting. Just judging by the pic you posted (whch is just a guess) and taking into account I don't know radiology from rabbit sh!t, I would guestimate a good 50-60% tear, Kel. What are your thoughts?
The Dr. defo underestimates you. If you can get "close" to 100%, you'll get 100% without a doubt!

Weather is craptacular and headed towards shitty as well. Went to the dentist wearing shorts and a T-shirt and they looked at me like I was unstable or something.

Kel, you hooked me up w/ a link that indicated GH was better utilized when injected at nighttime, but what about the weirdos like me that work night shifts? My circadian rhythm is probably AFU anyway. Would you still recommend nightime/early a.m. injections?

Cold damp weather. Some snow tomorrow. And both knees are killing me. Standing on cold concrete all day is not helping.

Sitting in traffic and just saw 4 wood ducks fly over going to roost. That is beautiful. Prettier if I’d shot 2 of them for dinner.

Based on age, remember? Just adjust it to what your actual "evening" would be.

    Broomstick and wall stretches
    Cable side laterals- 2 w/u, Work- (L)- 11, drop, 4+ w/10 count hold on partial rep. (R)- 12+, drop,5+ w/ 5 count hold on partial.
Seated side laterals- 14+ reps w/ 5 count hold on partial.
Rev. Flyes - 2 w/u, Work- 13+, drop, 5+. Work 2- 12+ reps w/ 10 count hold on partial (whole body was shaking on the partial hold).
    D'bell presses - 3 w/u, Work1- 8 reps. Work2- 8 reps. Work3-7 reps w/ a slow 10 count neg. on last rep.
    B'bell shrugs-2 w/u, Work1(front)-/9, drop, 3. Work2(rear)- 9+ reps. Superset these with d'bell shrugs from the side to fail (7 reps).

Increase in reps or weight on everything and a drop in weight between working sets. Shoulder still continues to puzzle me. The first rep of the first working set went up painfully slow, I honestly had doubts about making it, then another rep, then things smoothed out for the last 6 reps. Still getting occasional tingling up and down the left arm so hopefully it is continuing to heal.
Sticking with my plan of giving it until 1/7/18 and if no major improvement then we'll do something.

    44 minutes.

Smith machine squats played havoc with my knees. Pretty much as soon as I stopped them I had zero pain.

Smythe machine squats screw with my knees and hips. I used to be able to get lower on squats in the Smythe machine vs. regular squats; I guess due to extra balance/support.

Did you stop squatting? I use the Smith because of my tilted hip and funky curved spine.

Maybe give regular back squats a try, but defo go with whichever feel more comfortable and stable. I would still be squatting in my Smythe machine and not purchased the squat rack if the Smythe machine had suited me. Think I have a secondhand/Dollar General physiology?
Lunges in the Smythe machine hurt, but walking lunges don't?
