More Rumble Rolling and stretching today. I have let my old man glutes, hamstrings, and calves get way, way too tight. Going to have to do a much better job of keeping this area looser. It's ridiculous.
My wee blast is over with and I'm back on just TRT, which is almost a feeling of relief, and 1.5-2 iu of GH. All about getting bloods back to a good point now and recuperating for next blast in February.
Still am very uncomfortable with this time of year, always have been. Just a personality flaw on my part, I guess.
My boss and the engineers I work on projects with have already said they are trying to schedule things so that I will be off for 4-5 days at Christmas and that they will try to keep my OT at a minimum if they can for the next month. Soooo, we'll see.
Haven't mentioned anything to them, they came to me and apologized and thanked me. Guess I'm looking a tad beat down. We've managed to be about 4-6 weeks ahead on the timelines of several big upgrades and modifications. Totally a team effort did that, going to miss working with these fvckers.
Would suit me to stay isolated @ Christmas, but will do what I have to do to keep Mrs. AG happy and go to her family's holiday crap.
Also, they have bought in an outside headhunter service and they are already building up info about us (education, work experience, job duties, salary expectations, etc.) and they will tweak our resumes and all. My employer is footing the bill for that.
I should still be employed until ~ October/ November of the coming year and maybe a bit beyond. Also, a healthy bonus at the end and 8+ months of pay and insurance so I feel very fortunate/blessed in that regard.
More rest for 4-5 hours and lifting tonight.
Hope everyone is having a nice, relaxing Sunday. I'm getting ready to relax with a half Flexeril and a small amount of prescribed Xanax.

Kel, got my fingers crossed and sacrificed a virgin or two in hopes your MRI will show less trauma that they were predicting.

I hear you, buddy! If I have to get out in the crowds much more, I'm taking 250mcg of cheque drops , 2cc of TNE/TrNE, and a shot of moonshine. That ought to get the fvckers out of my way.
LOL, my belly was feeling a little "windy" the other day when I took Mrs. AG by one of the malls. Told her how I felt and that I was considering just breaking up through the middle of everyone and crop dusting them with what was brewing on the inside of me.

Well, this one is on Mrs. AG. She double hit me with Flexeril. Said she felt bad because I was making faces while rumble rolling and stretching yesterday morning. I will definitely get my ass to the shop tomorrow night.

Missed doc's call but he left me a long message. The tear is purely muscle, no tendon involved. This is good and bad. It means no surgery as muscle doesn't adhere well to other muscle. But, and I'll use the doctors words paraphrased, "we need to get you started with therapy to help correct the deformity."

    Fuck me that word hurt.

His nurse called me this morning and answered some questions but the main one that she could not answer is how much of the muscle is torn? I need a percentage otherwise it'll drive me nuts. She will have the doc get that answer to me later today. I simply need to know for peace of mind. I'll be starting therapy tomorrow with the same guy (he's great) again, 2-3 times per week for 6-8 weeks. Lovely.

I'll survive and work around it. Progress will be made.

Can't do without omega3 it's what keeps my thyroiditis at bay. These fats are essential nutrients and it makes an excellent health choice to take them year round if not getting them regularly through diet and fatty fish but these nowadays are polluted with heavy metals and the chemical crap modern industries discharge into the waters, so imo purified fish oil is the best option.

    Much appreciated guys!

On a positive note, today should be leg day for me but......I went down there anyway and was able to do extensions relatively normally. I was worried about the pressure on the hamstring of sitting on the seat being amplified by the movement itself but it was ok. Did some extra sets of high reps and got a good pump. Followed that with seated calves.

Thrilled to do them both. Felt good. Onward and upward!

Omega's year round like Biz said. I don't do CoQ10 though. When I run RYR I should (as it depletes it) but I haven't had any issues.

LOL, well chosen! One of my favorite educational shows. Frequently watch them on DVD in the morning (too cheap to get into the Blu-ray thing).

Did make it to the shop although it's still the volume oriented training for upper body. Not going to give the shoulder much longer. If I don't see some acceleration in the improvement, I'll be going for an NCV study/test which will probably mean another MRI, but I'm getting close to my out of pocket max, I believe.

Drop in weight from 1 set to the next.

    Preacher curls- 2 w/u, Work1 -(L)- 8, rest pause, 3, and 8 forced reps w/slow 5 count neg. (R)- 9, drop, 4. Work2- (L)- 4+, drop, 5,drop, 5 w/ 8 forced reps w/ slow 5 count neg. (R)- 6, drop, 3+ w/ 8 forced reps w/ 5 count slow neg.
    Seated CC- 2 w/u, Work1(L)- 5,drop,3,drop,5 and 5 forced reps w/ slow 5 count neg. (R)- 5,drop,3,drop,3+ and 5 forced w/slow 5 count neg. Work2-(L)- 5,drop,3+ and 5 forced reps w/ slow 5 count neg. (R); 5,drop,3 and 4 forced reps w/ slow 5 count neg.
    Triceps pressdown w/ short bar- 3 w/u, Work1-8. Work2- 7,rest pause, 3. Work3- 7.
    Close grip bench - 3 w/u, Work 1-7. Work2- 8. Work3- 9
    D'bell skulls - Work1-8. Work2-8.

    52 minutes.
