    Hi fellas, finished work at about 10 ish this morning so straight for a session after that .

    Decline smith 2 sets then TD

    Slight incline db press 2 sets

    ^^^ db fly 2 sets

    Cable fly 1 set hight rep light weight total burnout

    1st two sets on decline smith i only got 6 reps on each set, fuck me the last rep was a nightmare lol.

    Incline leg press 4 sets maybe 10 is reps a set

    Seated calf 3 sets

    Hack 2 set

    Done.

    Ok, my Christmas isolation protocol is in effect. The driveway gate is closed, plenty of firepower within reach, and 120iu of Saizen headed this way next week.
    Ate just a couple of bites of a fried chicken tender at work yesterday and I just can't eat that stuff anymore. Stomach feels yuck, but it will pass here soon as it is passed through my system.

    Morning fellas, heading for a session in about 20min or so. Shoulders and traps the day, then this will be me till wed, closed mon/tue.
    Can't see me being there the mora but you never know.

    Edit, chest is a wee tad sore always doms with chest, but by legs are fucking toasted, didn't even know i had tear drops.
    I found out this morning that i have they are destroyed. Wish i could see the wee things

    Mmmmm, 6 hours of quality sleep. Think I'll grab a few more hours then have a go at legs later. Feeling much less pain/tightness today for a change.

    Hi fellas, went and did shoulders and traps.

    Standing db side raises 4 set last sets was down to singles 8-10 ish

    Single side raises on incline bench 2 sets + TUT 6-8 ish

    Seated smith 3 sets 1 drop 8-10 ish

    Rev db fly 2 sets 10 a set

    Rev cable fly 3 sets 8-10 ish

    BB shrugs 2 sets

    Behind back machine shrugs 2 sets

    10-12 ish on both ^^^^

    Done.

    had a great arm w/o yesterday almost back to full bore HIT - strength is there now and can do more of what i want

    straight oly bar curls
    w/u's
    1w heavy DD +RP

    preachers on back of incline - started as a hammer curl then goosenecked it w/hard static squeeze hold of 2-3 sec
    1w heavy DD

    EZ bar curls(WG) s/s rev curls
    2w each 4-8 rep range

    CG straight bar curls
    1w DD

    cable curls -
    1w 3 drops
    lots of ex's but really wanted to hit bi's hard

    skullcrusher's - incline
    2w @ 110/2w @ 90/2w @ 70 to burn out -- these crushed me to begin with

    seated weighted dips
    305---dropping down to 160
    1w 4 drops spent on these no stopping

    straight bar pushdowns s/s'd rev grip pushdowns
    4w sets 4-10(reps dropped every set)

    one arm exts for lateral head
    4w back to back no rest

    great w/o and strength was there - only 30 min - leaving for legs now!!!!

    Pyramided up then back down 2w heavy 3 drops

    Lying leg curls
    W/u's
    2w DD

    Stiffs - paused at bottom
    3w 8-12 rep range

    Leg press
    2w half reps then ingo 2w full ROM

    Abductors s/s'd w/adductors

    Finished w/another 3w sets of leg ext's to burn out

    Only took 35min - Puked after fueling back now lol
