    My old gym had a cable right in the corner, it was perfect. Now theres only two, dead in the middle and mad people use them. But during the day shouldnt be an issue, going to do some in about 45 mins

    Machine Preachers: 1 ws - rest/pause (grind out 1 full and 3 partials) then 1 drop
    Reverse curls: 1 ws with 1 drop
    Low cable curls: 1 ws - rest/pause (grind out 2 full and 3 partials) then 1 drop
    Machine one arm curls: 1 ws to failure, positive assist to failure, negatives to failure (my favorites)

    2 ws of reverse wrist curls

    The pump was ridiculous/monstrous/insane, I still feel swollen!

    Definitely notice the mental challenge of staying absolutely locked in/focused for every degree of every rep. Really focused on staying contracted as hard as possible during every second of the eccentric lowering phase.

    So much for the grungy, old-school Powerhouse gym where I'm at. As of today it was posted - it is now a "Crunch" fitness and will be seeing at least a year-long make-over. Bummer, this place had character

    Injected about 35mgs (0,7ml), was going for 25mgs just to try the pip but forgot it was water lol. Surprise, surprise no pain what so ever. Used my right quad, doesnt even feels like injected something.
    Effect is a bit like TNE but a bit harder IMO, after my shoulders workout was already feeling a bit of e2 (bloat, bit of moon face), so im not going to use it very often, but definitely could feel the agression on the shoulder press.

    MRI - has bad, good, great & amazing findings.

    Bad: Supraspinatus completely torn - non-operarable.
    Good: Knew it was already torn from an MRI 10 years ago, I did a nice job of continually working out and avoiding inflicting too much additional damage (trained smart!)
    Great: Infraspinatus & Teres Minor undamaged completely (I predicted they were going to be torn going into the MRI, totally surprised/blown away).
    Amazing: NO SURGERY needed at this time & I should be lifting into my 70's

    *Although still have to meet with MD, want to see if biceps is o.k. and if possibly he can do a sub-acromial decompression to "clean" things up in the area.

    Changed my split as my lats and forearms are sored as fack.

    Shoulder and traps:

    Bicycle warmup, abs and streches.

    Smith shoulder press, couple of warmups, 1 feeler, 1 working set and another ws with 3 drops. Shoulders got swollen with blood

    Smith shoulder press behind neck, Im very carefull with this exercise as already injured myself doing it a few years back, but still like it cause it gives a really nice stretch. Couple of light warmups, 1 ws with one drop, slow and controlled not lowering bar more then eyes line.

    Front DB raises neutral grip, 1 feeler, 1 working

    Cable front one arm raises undergrip, 1 feeler, 1 working (mistake in the weight slection as done about 16 reps, should have gone heavier and dropset, was afraid to mess form). Shoulders in pain...

    DB lateral raises, 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working crazy dropset going down the whole rack. Had to sit to catch my breath, and to drink water had to use both arms...

    Face pulls superset with DB rear delt raises, 2 feeler, 1 w

    Finnished with bit of traps work, light and controlled to test hows my neck from last weeks trigger point problem in traps.

    Streches and done.

    Does your gym have a machine that is safer then the straight bar behind the head? MY gym does, you start even with the shoulders and finish behind. Your doing behind the head military right?

    No, only hammer strength shoulder press, dont think its what you mean.

    I like smith machine for shoulder press, which was what Ive done.

    Arms - back to HIT - just strengthening tendons ligaments hitting higher end reps w/drops & RPs 15/20 reps total lil high but reasoning stated above

    BIs

    - Oly bar curls
    2 warm ups high reps 2 feelers
    1w to failure(strength is coming back up) w/3 drops + RP

    - preachers off back of incline(arm extended all the way down)
    2w DD(for both sets)

    - seated strict straight bar curls only using core(extending arms all the way out elbows in front) s/s'd w/hammers
    4x 10-12/15-20 all to failure

    - standing short bar curling to forehead(peaks)
    2w 3drops + RP on both sets - went lighter on these for the squeeze

    TRIs
    - straight bar push downs
    2 warm ups
    2w RP+RP+RP(same weight) for both sets and RPs

    - standing rev grip extensions
    2w +RP+RP+RP+RP(same weight for both sets) failure and beyond

    Same here with the feeling of E2 symptoms. The PIP was hit and miss for me except when I pinned it somewhere that was just a bad idea to hit anyway.
    Only continually used it for max of 3 week periods years ago and had to back off from it. It got to the point injuries were hitting me left and right. The extra aggression is somewhat fun though. You start lifting and suddenly realize you are just ripping the hell out of the weights. Now it and TNE are for "special days" only.
    LOL, I'm already a sweat bucket and when I use suspension or TNE it is just plain ridiculous.

    Just had some of my BW results back for my TRT

    I am under 2 doctors my haematologist and my TRT doctor.

    My trt was up for review and they had massive concerns about me being on trt because last time they tested my levels they were through the roof, so they left me without any trt for 16 weeks and my levels were still right at the top of the range which was 27 the top of the range is 29 which converts to you guys to 29= 836ng/dl.

    My haematologist is cool she is great and is trying to sort my blood out my RBC and low platelets.The doctors think I am using more testosterone but I am not, not touched any for 2 yrs, they haven't really said but I can tell by how they ask me questions. My trt doctor asked for T and PSA levels last week.

    I knew this BW work was coming up so my last shot of test which is nebido 1000mg/4ml I didn't take it all. I just took very small amount around about 150mg then I left it for weeks and went for blood around 4 weeks. I did feel awful and could feel the drop off. But I wanted my T levels to come well under and not well over like last time.

    Just had them back and they are 520ng/dl and he signed me off for another 12 months he is happy, also my PSA is down to 1.09 so that's one worry over with. Still cant cycle because I am still having BW done with my haematologist I am hoping to be signed off from her around Xmas time, they have some concerns about various things but they on me

    Happy days now I know to drop off my own trt before bloods are drawn when I am up for review again next year so I am not off the chart. I run high T levels on Nebido for some reason so now I know what to do..

    Good to here pal, your getting there! I only keep my trt high for 7-8 months of the year and for 3-4 I drop down to give my body some time off. I go from 400mgs ew down to 180, gradually. Its helped, I keep it high, say even 250-300 year round I start to feel like shit, have bp and other issues. Maybe you need to cycle yours, from where you used to run , down to where you are now. Just babbling, dpn-x is kicking in Off to Planet fitness I go. Fuk it I dont care, big guy doing cardio lol.

    My trt is nebido which is 1000mg every 12 weeks and my bp is spot on but I do have issues with my rbc ect but no matter what take my body seems to keep T levels high even after 16 weeks of nothing it was still right at the top of the range. I am just trying to balance my donations to keep my rbc in range but also have issues with low P which is really strange which they looking into. I know from now on when my review is up I will stop my trt and drop my T levels so its not off the chart, my body runs at higher T levels and I function best when I was at 16 wks I felt like I was in hell and I was top end of the range, probably all in the mind lol..You cant mess around with a guys trt lol
