If it's a bad migraine, Relpax works well, but check for interactions with any meds.you are currently on.
If it's a bad tension headache, amitriptyline does the trick for me, Again, check for interactions with any meds you take now. Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant, but works great for me, however, it tends.to knock me out. I have a script for.it, but rarely use it unless necessary. Actually, I keep it stocked up to use if we have a female in heat and the male is going nuts trying.to get to her. It mellows canines out pretty well.
Not sure if your headache is bad enough to need either one of these but thought I would mention it.

Morning, Prox! I think I've about got my back unknotted and didn't have to take a relaxer so I'm going to get horizontal again. I love working third shift, but my sleep is all.I've the place.

Taking BG challenge to step it up a noch, well, couple of weeks off and tren are kinda helping
For me to really do HIT I have to train 1 body part per day, I do what I can during work days as only have time to hit the gym 3-4 times per week. What ever the split, chest/back, back/bicep, etc, I cant really give 110% on the 1st bodypart knowing that still have something else to do.
For example today went full throtle on back, by the time I was finished was so wrecked to a point where I couldnt hold my own weight to strech on the pullup bar, my forearms was destroyed, lats too dont worry heheh, gonna implement straps next time.
Back day:
Warm up, bit of bicycle, abs, lower back and strechs.
Undergrip Dorian barbell pull, luv doing it with undergrip here, really feel it my lats. 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working 6 good reps with 3-4 partials couple sec rests, 2 1/2 plates on each side, thats heavy for me.
Dumbell row, 1 feeler, 1 working. 30 sec rest, dripping sweat all over the weight.
T bar row close neutral grip, 1 feeler, 1 working dropset starting with 4 plates worked my way to 1 plate lol... more sweat all over.
Hammer pull down neutral grip, keeping elbows close and locking shoulder plates at end. 2 feelers, 1 working dropset.
Pull down wide grip, behind neck. The pullover machine was too busy, ended with this. 1 feeler, 1 working dropset.
30 minutes lifting time, warmup doesnt count.
Done.

I can feel you Mr.BB , I come to similar conclusion myself, today hit shoulders traps and abs only, I had given my all on them shoulders, I had real difficult time pulling of my shirt after, even now feels like if I hold them flexed for few seconds soon comes the cramps

I.don't have a clue why my back locked down, but I'm going to.break.out the rumble roller for a bit. Legs are next in the rotation, but I defo.need to get back unwound before before even thinking of hitting legs. Have tried it before w/ back in half@ss spasm and it didn't go.well at all. It will be stretching and rolling until I'm back right.

My wife had surgery awhile back before I met her on l4/l5 and s1.....lamaneticmy?
And for the past few days she's been complaining about her back hurting and leg at same time. I've told her that u guys use that rumble roller. Something she might want to try. Hate for her to get a MRI for nothing....

Sorry to hear about the low back AG. Just respect your symptoms and try not to force things. Kinda wished I followed that advice for the past 25 years LOL.

Same here when I was in full force for those 6 weeks of HIT I personally couldn't do more than one BP, I know some people can do more but for me I was totally exhausted after around 40 mins and that was more mentally than anything else. The mind control is one of the main tools of HIT imho
good workout

Yes... I've always got bad migraines... To the point where it's crippling! Can't eat drink sleep... Then any damn light and sound is deffining! I've had several EEGs and CT-SCANS when growing up and after my accident! Excedrine won't do anything - only thing that's worked was Forocet w/codeine but can't run codeine based drugs anymore nor do I want to but she I'd love some
AG, I've heard of this... And thank you as always for your assistance, sir! If I can catch it in time than I can usually just rest and it'll be gone after a nap.. If woken up by one it's a completely different story! Surely it's Still lingering - gonna try and get some shks in at least... If possible and then move in to soup take care Big Guy!
I get both actually, Prox... That's a good catch too... Many times its major tension up my occipital over my eyes & feels like electricity like spasms over my eyes...
Thank you all for your concerns... I'm gonna try and eat something now... I'm soo fvkin hungry!
-
Im trying a shk out it stayed down so far... It was literally the best shk I've ever had lmao! I'm so damn hungry lol
@ BG - you know I'm down brother..,. Just lemme get this outta the way and BOOM!

Arms
Triceps
rope pushdowns
3 warm up and feeler sets
1 working set to complete failure then 2 drop sets each to failure, last set my tri's on fire
seated overhead db extension- two hands one bell
2 feeler sets
1 working set to failure - hit rep 6 and started to failure pushed another 4 out and had to drop the weight otherwise would of landed on my head.
biceps
straight bar fix weight curls
2 feel sets
1 working set to failure- really hurt and pumped up fast, then hit 2 drops which made me dig deep into my mind set to push failure out on each, forearms started to burn it was that intense.
CC curls hanging
2 working sets to failure
db hammer curls
1 feel set
1 working set to failure plus 2 drops
forearms
wrist curls high end reps, burn out

Looks like a kickass w/o Marcus! And HIT... It's amazing what you can do once you take your shoulder(bad RC) out of the equation and puts all the stress on the bicep!
Held down a shk and fruit so far - head still hurts big at least it's not over the eyes anymore!

Ive tried it pre workout and didn't really see any benefit from doing so in regards to size, more aggression and slightly better pumps but more size no. But I've used it 3 times per day for a kicker at the start or backload and liked the results, they were ok nothing to shout home about but were ok, saying this I know some competitors who use it all the time and reap great gains from using it so I guess its one of those things try it and see.

Pain barrier -
I see many BB's in the gym stop at a certain number of reps, usually this is once they have reached their required number to what they normally do each workout each week, just as the pain starts to creep in they stop and think they just been to hell and back. Its not often I see at failure someone take it past for those couple of extra reps, you can see them stick out a mile with their faces all crunched up and huffing in some kind of gimp fest.
At that moment in time when your body and mind is telling you to drop the weight and stop you got to think strong, you got to dig deep into your mind for that support and motivation what will get you past this weakness into the zone what will make a difference, what will recruit more fibers, what will make you stronger and build more size what will make heads turn. This is the difference what will count and you are in control of it be mentally strong, dig into what ever fuels your adrenalin and use it for these 2-4 seconds worth of extra reps.
What a difference make the difference, use what you got and if you haven't got it find it.

Morning all. Good mind-set for me today, better understanding of my RC situation after my MRI.
Last cup of coffee, then off to Powerhouse. Home away from home for me this past couple of months.
