Geez, my lats are throbbing with pain from yestedays workout
Ended up not having time for cardio session today, I'm falling behind :/ , I'm up a couple of pounds of fat and water.

Hammer strength dips SS into db kick backs 2w

Incline DB curls 1f 2w drop x 1 slow negatives on these.
Hammer strength curls (wider grip this time) 1f 2w dd
Hammer db curls 2w
Bent over iso db curls 2w
Now question. Have a new machine for curls at this gym. Curious if anyone uses it and what the benefits of it is....tried to find a pic and cant.
So the machine the elbow rest is high.....above shoulders. And the movement is pulling downward instead of upward. It's the best way I can explain. Will continue to try to find a pic.

One difference is that because the arm is elevated while supported, when the elbow is straight (starting position) there would be slightly less tension through the biceps. Bottom line, minimal effect on anything.
The other is there might be a little more friction between the long head of the biceps and the acromion process (not good if the biceps tendon is already compromised).

This would be the largest quarterly surplus since the final quarter of 2005
The report says:
Falling mine production (822 tonnes, down 2.1%)
Healthy demand for physically-backed gold ETFs (over 100 tonnes for the third quarter in a row)
Is not enough to offset a surge in scrap supply and plummeting sales of jewellery in Asia
India & China saw jewellery consumption down 41% and 27% respectively year-on-year (despite an improvement in demand compared to the prior quarter)
The report says the gold price is unlikely to fall below $1,240
Next year the price is set to rally, averaging $1,420 an ounce

HIIT tonight still got macro's at 40/40/20 but losing weight carb cycling on weekends cutting out carbs and training and adding in cardio down 6.5 pounds of fat I'll get my macro's to 20 percent carbs and bodyfat at 10:/: before starting this clean bulk blast in late jan..omg cannnnt wait!!!!

Thanks for the Cialis info, don't know much more than its BP lowering effects,
and some claims as to how it helps pumps and muscle building.
I use it now and then, might start to use it more frequently now.
Would it make much difference using say, 10mg EOD than 5mg ED.
With its cost id think 10mg E3D is more along what I'd like to spend.
I'll have a read up on this.

incline hammer press 1 working +rp
pec dec 1 working +rp
done, it was ok fellas, only thing a was pissed off with was the db press. I was way way down on weight the day.

That was a looong shift yesterday. Slept almost 11 hours and am watching a movie with the wife and the beast. LOL, the wife loves Halloween so she pretty much celebrates it the whole month by watching horror/slasher movies.

Good morning all!
Had a great chest workout yesterday,
Decline bench; 2 working sets, both to failure but used a weight that I was able to do 6 reps on my own, then 6 more with assistance.
Next set I had assistance all the way (training partner misunderstood), so I ended up at 16reps.
Incline benchpress
Dumbells incline bench
Cross over cables
Some other stuff
Anyways, couldn't follow a HIT program, but was a good workout.
Looking forward to getting in some HIT workouts soon though.
