LMAO. I don't have BPH, but I recall Kel saying it was well worth it for the obvious benefits and I also am going to see if it has any positive effect on BP. Not really expecting much change in BP, but that was a good of a reason as any.
I think the wife is gunshy now. LOL, when my order arrived, I told her what all everything was and she showed me the whites of her eyes; kind of the "spooked mare" look when I mentioned the Cialis.

Hi fellas, got a session in earlier it was great.

    Chest

Incline db press 1working 1 drop

Incline db fly 1 working +rp 1 drop

1 arm leaning db fly 2 set a side

Flat db fly 1 working +rp 1 drop

Pec dec 1 working 1 drop

Lots of squeezing there ^^ on the rp's i was only getting 2-3 more reps max no more it's always only 2-3 reps.

    Legs

    Legs press 1 working DD

Seated calf 3 sets high reps

Burned like fvck lol. I got a wee niggle from the left knee so just stopped there and didn't push it too far legs are still fried and chest well chuffed with the session.

Friend of mine gave me some old 300mg test cyp. and some 200mg deca . The vials have never been open and they look crystal clear. They look like some UGL brand and will have to do some digging on them. They may be worth a go!

Had some bloods drawn on Friday so will finally get a look at my test levels to see where they at at, will post in the TRT forum.

Hellooo???? This is your first time using this? What took you so long lol. It does help with BP. For an old guy, my psa is always around .5. Ppl may start commenting about how vascular you've become. And the other benefit will put a smile on your wife's face.

LOL, no. I used to take the Superman pills occasionally (Cialis/Viagra combo). But I am getting a little older (52 this fall) and I know sometimes the prostate can become an issue, so I went ahead and jumped on some while I had a med order going.

Slept like a rock today. Back is totally geeked. . It worked out so that the wife and her sister both have a Dr. appointment tomorrow, so the sister in law is taking my wife to her Dr. appointment. Sleep won't get wrecked tomorrow, so I'll get in chest tomorrow evening before work.

LOL, I am glad it worked out so I didn't have to lift this evening. Pretty sure I'm still recovering from Saturday night's back session. I just had to straighten a damaged weldment using a 12 ton arbor press and it required a little bit of cussing and growling to get the lever arm moving and job done.
I have 2 nice bands of pain down each side of my spine and my lats are sooo very sore. Believe if I'm going to continue emphasizing the negatives this much I will defo require EOD lifting.
    Chest lift Monday night/tonight.

I still do old school t-bars. I love the full body feel I get from it. Nothing compares with lifting a heavy ass barbell, no machine can match the ancillary muscle incorporation that takes oplace with heavy compound movements using just a barbell or dumbbells. The only machines I use are the cybex vertical chest because flat benches messed up my shoulders and the smith machine, but I don't really consider the smith a machine. it's more like a guide rail. you're still pushing a heave ass barbell. I once got stuck on the bottom of a 300+ bench because I tried to do you now what... "just one more rep, you pvssy!" and i was alone in the gym. I had to roll it off my chest down to my waist and tip the bar to one side then the other. It scared the crap out of me so i use the smith for squats, shoulder presses, and bench when I want to do incline or decline with a bar.

    Oh yeah, and curls. KIDDING!!!

That is serious but could have been much worse. Glad that's all it is. I wish her a speedy recovery.

Not my boss, although, I'm pretty sure he knows... Just a kid(21 yrs old and I said I sure hope your not b/c you are far too young) he knew about the 25yr old start up time(but didn't understand why)... So I explained it and he was very glad I did - now he said I definitely need to wait(at least that explanation stopped him)

    Morning HITers!

Wow... All I can say is my chest is so sore already(started last night) and now it spread all the way deep across the upper chest and covering the whole pec... And my traps are still sore(feels like they've literally grown up my neck and out past my shoulders! Good stuff!

    Have a great day everyone!
