    I’m sure he’s got some water on him and that’s the test - I’d go with anadrol if was him if his diet is gtg than shit he should be 30lbd heavier than you lol

    I love high test... I’ve ran it at 1g wkly w/ace at 700 wkly but only for 6wks max and gained 25+ lbs and dropped 5% bf in that time a real thick 205-7lbs

    Any ideas for a cycle soon? I’d say your ready as long as no BW is coming up or if so after that

    Ok mate i didn't read the previous post to why you was dropping bf fast. If it relates to your knee op id do what's best for your long term health

    Your are correct I do like high test, plans of a small test blast are in the works my bw is normal . Idk I'm gonna study on it more, I wanted to be 200 dry before I cycled but I'm not even close right now it's tough man but ima keep grinding it out

    But he won't maintain that 20 lbs so big deal. More is simply not better unless it's for competitions, etc. then you have to take certain risks. I see ton's of big, blown up water retaining guys around in the summer. Come the winter they're 25 lbs lighter and I'm still the same. Fvck em.

    Single arm DB preacher curls

    Standing alternating DB hammer curls
    1 feeler
    1 w set w/drop to hit 14
    Noticed in the mirror that I was lifting R shoulder with each rep so concentrated on keeping it depressed and really hit more in the bicep/brachialis - wonder how long I have been doing that...

    DB kick backs
    1 w/u
    1 feeler
    1 w set w/ r/p to hit 12

    Seated alternating behind the head DB extension
    1 w/u
    1 feeler
    1 w set w/ r/p x 1 then drop to hit 14

    Close grip bench in Smith
    1 w/u

    All sets included half/quarter reps

    I don't get good isolation on many of the DB triceps exercises except kickbacks. The behind the head extensions are difficult to dial into tricep, same when lying down. Need gym with cables, French curls, etc. methinks but okay session for busy day.

    It looks like my tris/shoulders are growing much faster than bis, which is making bis look even smaller ffs. My biceps are to my arm what a inny belly button is to the abdomen. Enough to bring a grown man to tears.

    Not too bad of a lift. Left arm continues to slowly improve either in reps or weight. Did manage to get in some light close grip presses with just a very slight niggle @ the l. anterior.

    Preacher curls- 2 w/u, Work 1 (L)- 7 reps and 7 forced reps w/ slow negative. (R)- 7, drop, 7. New weight for right arm. Work 2 (L)- 3, drop, 6 and 7 forced reps w/ slow negative. (R)- 6, drop, 2+, drop, 3, drop, 4.
    Seated CC - 1 w/u, Work 1 (L)- 5, drop, 2+, drop, 3+ and 5 forced w/ slow negative. (R)- 5, drop, 2+, drop, 3+, drop, 5+. Work 2 (L)- 7, drop, 2+ and 6 forced reps w/ slow negatives. (R)- 7, drop, 3+ reps.
    Triceps pressdown w/ bent handle- 3 w/u, Work1- 11 reps. Work2- 7 reps. Work3- 7 reps.
    Close grip bench - 2 w/u, 3 light sets of 10. This is the first time I could do these in a while!!

    Very short break between sets and a slight drop in weight between sets on most stuff.

    46 minutes.

    One more week and I'm reclaiming my workout schedule!

    Just completed 30 day challenge including daily meditations, workout, eat every 2-3 hrs, 1 gal daily.

    I did one meditation and 2 workouts over last month and happy with the change to my body!

    Amazed with change to complexion!!All over less fluff, noticing definition in legs and abs. I'm thinking as soon as I kick up the workouts, I'll take off!

    It will be nice to be back!

    Morning, everyone! . Came in to work early so I should be out of here early. Shoulders tonight. Trying not to get my hopes up yet, but I have had little to no pain in my l. shoulder from the close grip presses I did yesterday. Mainly just some tingling in the forearm that is related to the nerve entrapment.
    Hoping I can put up a little more weight with shoulders.

    School is busy but will be managable I say this year just need to study etc and it will be ok.

    Yeh 3 days I am getting there. I am thinking a decent cycle for the summer this year as my big holiday is in January of this year so gives me the summer to concentrate on weights and cycle as no college in the summer too.

    My chest and bis I don’t think have ever been this sore I fukin love it - delta and tris today and I forgot just started some anadrol that I’ll be pulsing for stomach reasons! I’ll be on today as I’ve been having some reservations about some things in my personal life - but it sure is fueling my w/o’s Lol
