Tweaked the knee after a long day of work and it's bad right now...kinda pissed if it doesn't get better by leg day I don't even think I can get a light session in.

I saw u r on npp again....is this a blast or just for joint/shoulder help? Like addition to try dose?
Nope I started a lil blast... It should be good... I have BW soon b/c I'm not 100% positive on the dosing of my liquidex(plus sometimes it's not dosed the 'same') I just lost my pharma dex Guy... Im definitely a big nandrolone fan... And being a short ester guy I love me my NPP already can feel a difference in my joints... We'll see how this goes and if after my reprime of 6-8 wks if BW is gtg I'll do it again(I keeping it a very short heavy and intense 6wks - 8 max but I'd prefer the former)

I try to change exercises up every wk as i only hit one muscle a wk. On a pullback i do sets just to change it up. Nova as you know we have to keep the body guessing always.

So on a pullback do something different then when you feel your ready go back to what makes us grow HIT full bore.

I have basically two sets of routines I use per body part and I rotate them back and forth. I'm just going to abandon almost all of those exercises during my pullback so I come back completely refreshed. Right on, Clarky.

If you're having labs pulled Friday, I woukd wait and see how your hematocrit values come back.

Edit: I can't recall, Clarky. Does your hematocrit naturally run high?

Will try to get something posted soon. Our purchasing department has a newer lady and she isn't very attentive to detail. Been trying to get material for a job since the end of October. Finally, I called her out on it and she got pissy so I presented her with a copy of the signed purchase requisition that indicated the date it was turned in. They finally got the material in and need these parts the day before immediately, so the old fat man is working 10-12 hr. shifts right now.
Almost done with the job though; maybe a couple more shifts, barring any breakdowns that need to be handled. They should be happy. By my rough guestimates, I should complete the job for about 30%-40% of the cost of an outside machine shop doing it.
Had considered firing off a couple of vacation days, but I hate to burn them just because I'm so tired that my ass is worn away from dragging the ground.

Hate it when it is like this. I feel like my muscle is dying and I'm turning into a lump.

    Chest day

Going to superset pre exhaust due to my shoulder issue going on

RC warm ups and also some back stretches due to my lower back really hurting so had the Mrs walk up and down my back trying to crack and pop those things back into place, felt nice but painful, she's to light really need someone heavier.

    Chest

    incline flyes and press
3 warm up sets - nice and slow really concentring on tut and also making sure I don't pull anything, also my triceps are hurting so need to be careful.
1 working set on flyes to failure st3ech and squeeze really hurt, then instantly switched into pressing and managed only 6-8 reps, last 2 reps were sloppy but got them up and my chest burnt like hell.

    vertical chest hammer press
    2 feel set
1 working set to failure with only 15 seconds rest and then went again until failure, then 15 second rest and repped again, the reps came down and the pain went up, did one more set after 13 secs and push as hard as I could with my shoulder locked into my scapula to ease my RC. after this monster rest pause I was fuked,

cable flyes but bent right over and slow and concentrated and squeeze the hell out of the contraction, felt good and did 2 sets of these with only 15 secs rest.

After this I spent 3 mins stetch the pecs out which hurt my shoulder but expanded my chest area.

That was me except for some abs

leg raises and straight into crunches in the machine

I am not feel as large as I use to, people keep asking me what cycle I am on which must be a good thing but I look sloppy and my bf increase a lot so don't look good without a t-shirt or hoody but I am stuck and in a serious crosswrods.

Got blood results tomorrow with my consultant at the hostpital which is going to be make or break, if everything is ok and she doesn't need tyo see me again I will go on cycle which will only be 300-400mhs per week of test and trust me I will explode because I know what I should do to make this kind of progress,

I am sitting at 257 lbs which is down on my normal weight but I feel better at 245lbs, I carry an extremely amount of muscle but also fat at present so don't look good at all.

I feel half the man but my body is telling to slow down or I am going to serious injury myself, I have done this for 30 yrs and noe stop hard core and I am fuked but the fire is still burning and I know what I need and its a little bit of gear just to help this transition into a beast again, but I will not do heavy any more, my bloods and organe are under stess with out gear so I am one worried mad fuking beast but will see what she says tomorrow, but everyone I come into contact with in the medical field tell me to drop size.

I don't drink don't take orals don't take pain meds and my kidneys and liver are under stress due to the protein I have to take to maintain 270lbs so I have to come to terms with less size, which feel like the end of the road for me, no matter what anyone say its irrelevant me downsizing isn't good for me mentally. I am really considering just doing cardio and light gym knob workout but i'm in battle with the devil at present

I tried to rep 150lbs bells but failed due to pain, it wasn't strength it was pain in elbows, lower back wrists and shoulder. This weight was a warm up for me once and I can hardly like the fukers up

Yeah I an ranting, guess what ive had coffee so fuk it.

Intense, failure is something what only comes from months of practise and a real total mind set like your life depends on it, think about your wife being raped and that emotion you would feel that's the key to life at your max to reach failure, if your thinking about a song or the fuking ice cream man your a failure already, sort yourself out and bring to the gym the most aggressive person inside you

Morning guys & an occasional gal

Chest and back are still sore... Going in for delts/traps if all is planned out... Will be reporting back...

@ Marcus - I'm really liking that vertical chest press for a flat bench angle... Way easier on the shoulder and hammer grip is what I just used - switching off to wide next time!
GL with all your BW Big Man!

    SMASHED that arm workout!!!

Great workout guys!! The pump was good for being off cycle. I could hardly flex once I was done. It was short and sweet also. I did walk on treadmill for 15 min afterwards. I just need to make these MFers grow. I don't understand wtf is going on with them. This is my 3rd week back to full HIT I am going to go to 6 weeks then pull back. Last 2 weeks has been pretty good training. Thanks to this thread and the guys in here.

Now I got to eat and get ready for gay ass work. Hope everyone has a good day.

We got a small hammer bar at the gym today and I use it for Triceps. I seat down and did triceps ext. be hide head. Holy shit, then I went to straight press(Close grip). I could have stopped after these exercise. Will try and post workout later so I can get some feed back.

Chest and shoulder and tricep pullback style.

Incline DB presses. 3 sets of 10, really stretching and flexing. Really hit the from well. Thanks for the help there guys.

Push-ups, hardcore TUT. 3 sets of 15, really slow and focused on staying flexed the entire time.

Lat raises cables behind back. Super slow. Super burn. 3 sets of 15.

Reverse flies. 3 sets of 12.

Overhead DB extensions. First set was for 15 and that was really a ball buster. Next set was 12 and it was better.

Skulls. 3 sets of 10 and almost hit failure on that last set. Great sets.

I combined tris today because my schedule s going to prevent me from having a workout this weekend, and since ts a pullback, I can throw arms in on their respected day.

    Delts/traps -- pre-exhaust No pressing today...

    Stretching RCs abs

    DB side laterals
    3 warm ups
1w(40s) 6+ TD(last set w/20s and was able to get 10+(partials/1/4s to no movement)

Cable side laterals(behind back) focusing on top of contraction 3sec stativ hold(really trying to strengthen these medial/& rear delts)
    2warm ups
1w DD Higher rep range holding & squeezing the shiat outta the top of contraction w/a 3sec static hold

Rev grip front raises slow and controlled reps -
    1w(100) 7 drop(80) 5 -- 15sec break and same weight for 3-4

Rear delts w/power bar(has a A/or a V grip - then vertical grips every so far out first time using but what a great squeeze and contraction...
    Pyramided up to 45s a side 1w 8 TD(down to 20 a side)still hitting higher end reps after the 8

    Face pulls
Rope - 2w higher end reps -- just burning em out

    Shrugs
DBs only - ran the rack 2x holding top of contraction and squeezing 3-5sec

Weights done in 39min - seemed like one giant set haha - just kept moving - no presses as the shoulder seemed a tad limited(maybe from sleeping on it wrong) but another good session - weights are all going up

I like the CG seated row, too... Ima throw em in next session(what's your stack go to) I remember I was getting close to it b4 but I never went for it... I will be this go around tho
I pushed my limits I think on every movement. Except pull downs cause I was done by that time.

Bent overs got 5 reps at 225 plus the drops.

Seated rows. Goes to 300. I have 5 more slots. But that 225 was tuff man. Lol. I turned on a "new" song on my Playlist and went for it. There is no 5# add on weights on this. So it now goes from 225 to 240. Big jumps

Good job guys. Work was cancelled because of snow today, I messed up eating, thought I ate better but I could feel it right away, not enough carbs, shitty pump. I looked back and I missed my oatmeal and waxey, most of my early carbs, also my yams got cold so I didnt eat them all (lazy shit). Then I did back first which blew me out.

    Stretching

Seated rows- warms then 1 woking set
T-bars- 3 sets, still working my way into being comfortable with these, I havent done them in a while
Deads- warm up, set of 315 no touches, 405 10 normal, went up to 505, wanted reps but gassed out at 4, then I was shot after that
    Hammer row-3 sets

    Shoulders

    Db's presses- light, restrictive
    Fly's
    Laterals
    Front raises
    Plate up-rights

    2 miles of cardio

On a good note I spotted my old training partner, I pushed him hard and he had some real good sets.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Helluva workout there, BG. Those deads are mighty. I worked hard for some time on trying to get to 600, but I haven't hit the mark; I refuse to commit to a complete strength program. With my back, it just doesn't work at all. Anywho, props and a real badass session.

That is heavy BG! In fact pretty damn nasty!

I've never really pushed myself Really hard on deads(as I finish with them on back day) - oh that's what you did lol! It's only been about 4months if that deading(standard), and I've only pyramided up to say 365 for 3 maybe lol - but since back squatting my poster chain is strengthening and helping so I may push it more than I have since I'm on a lil blast myself now I refuse(knock on wood) to bang myself up anymore than I already am

Jeez,.work, work, work. Don't get me wrong I'm grateful to have a job and for the $$ it provides for an poor old man and his wife, but I wish I had the energy I had when I was younger and thrived on 3-4 hours sleep max.

Already have my sweats out for lifting tomorrow (remember I lift in my shop w/ no AC or heat). I am so f-in ready. I honestly have the urge to dry hump the plates and bells just because I miss them.
