Cheers guys. I may be leaning on ye two and other members here to try and see what kinda split would be the best to work.
I'm thinking chest and shoulders one day alternating between starting on chest and finishing on shoulders one week and then vice versa the next.
Then legs on their own and back.

Back for me today guys.
Not sure name of handle for pull down. It's bent with palms facing in. Did 2w 1f 1w dd (medium weight, could pull a lot using this movement)
Seated wide grip rows 2f 1w 1d
Low pulls hammers 1f 2w
High pulls under hand grip 2w (see a lot of guys doing these side ways and pulling behind the head) any benefit to this?
Seated one arm rows machine 2w
Standing straight arm pull downs
Good session.

Yes you are 100% correct, but I have scaled it down......well considerably. Tren my hair falls out at 150mgs, test 500 and my E goes out of control. Im just done with all that, I really like primo and I will just add that to my trt for now on, spend all the money on running that at a higher dosage.

Wanna ask a question to you guys since primo had been a hot topic.
Obviously we know primo needs to be ran high dose and for long time.
But my source is running a blend. Trt blend of test e/ primo. Forget the dose. Cause he is closed for right now. But let's say 100/100. Or whatever.
What would the purpose of using this be?

I had good results at 500mgs ew with a very good diet/cardio. I dont think it needs to be ran too high like the general consensus is, a few guys around here with pro cards run it at 3oo with their trt (they dont compete anymore), its a great compound but does need to be ran for a long duration as I kept seeing results as 10+ went by. I wouldn't buy UGL primo, go with the Bayers, they are more readily available these days and arent as expensive. Ive you do decide I recommend a very good prime, get your diet/cardio/metabolism at 100% then run with it.

From iTunes search Be Still and Know Roy Masters.
It's 3 parts. Intro, meditation exercise and discussion. Highly recommend. It helps me to deal with stress and relationships. It gives clarity on issue
It's an amazing gift.
I listened to the intro JUST today on ride to work. It's been 3 years since I had panic attacks. All related to unbearable work load and stress.
Highly recommend! It works for me anyway.....

I will do Bio.
I ran 7-800 last time Bio and it was a mess, just far far too much. Fan in my face at night and a towel on the bed soaked. Never again just a waste of a good compound and no need really.
Could not sleep or eat so a totale waste. Learned the hard way.

Jus got home from working all night. Had a great chest/bi session yesterday. Just getting back into the swing of things so nothin spectacular to mention. Building that strength back up.

Back -- lots of rows
Boy do I have a ton of blood in there - feel wide/& thick as fuk!
- rc ex's side/front and circles to get blood in delts
-- Lat pulldowns(wider than shoulder but not on cambered ends)
3w/u
Pyramiding up to stack for 2w 8+ reps (305) failure was surely hit w/assited forced reps
Last set dropped two plates at a time to 150(only getting 2-4 clean w/slow count negs
-- Old school T-bars s/s'd w/rev cable flys
Started w/2platres/3 plates/4plates into (rev flys after each set to failure long 10count hold and beg on last rep each set
Then last set dropped all the way back down
-- low pully hammer strength rows
2w unilaterally slow w/long hold on each rep & longbas possible on last rep
1w heavy(3plates aside) 5-7 dropped back to 2w unilaterally(same as above two working sets) -- also these were done with a slight turn out after contraction to get a deeper contraction lovely!

DB flat bench press straight to Flies. 2 working to painful failure
Seated cable crossover 1 working triple drop set
