Had my cardio, legs stiff since yesterday but good, zero pip since yesterday's pin and yet I still feel some slight slight pip from previous pin which I actually thought was the greatest quality ugl haha, true that, got to love pharmacy grade, too sad only got to try this shit now, next weekend is my last pin and then I will go trough pct before traveling so wish me luck.
Sampling some tbol @50mg/day meantime just while on my last two pins of test-e before pct , thought I will empty the bottle at least with the kick.
    Arms and delts tonight

    Have a powerful day people!

    Already have white coat syndrome.

And google has basically fvked me lol. Just looking for anyone with actual experience with it?

Maybe post a thread on it?

I have had an epidural before, one time.
I remember the most fucked part was when they took it out after the surgery,
as they pulled out the plastic tube that was in my spine delivering the drugs.
And it was a long ass tube. I think it's must have been at least 10cm of rubber tube inside my spine!

But all in all it was great.
Was awake at first during the operation,
felt nothing and didn't know if they had started,
so I wanted to look to see how my leg (bone transplant) was looking after they'd opened it up. They weren't to happy about that so they quickly pinned me with something in the IV tube, and I fell back.
I tried to get up again to see (kind of a reflex at that point),
and they pinned me again and I just falled back.
Tried one last time to sit up and see, another pin and I felt back and the room started spinning wildly. Then I woke up after surgery. And some time after that they removed the epidural.

When putting the epidural in I wasn't that drugged and remember it as uncomfortable, but not painful at all, more of a "yucky" feeling.
They also told me to lie really still, that was really stressed. Just lie still kinda curved up in a fetal position.

Even those I've heard that have had complications haven't had any serious complications, (or not any more serious than a trip back to the hospital),
and that was for a spinal tap (not epidural), where it had continued to leak out or something. Don't know, but he was dizzy days after and then returned and was back in the gym very few days after.

So don't worry. It will be fine.

Went in for legs and as I started loosening up I heard that loud pop again(didn't hurt but sure as shit scared the hell outta me) so deferred my leg lift another day(I may wait till WED my reg leg day to get back in there) so I did.... arms, when in doubt lol

ARMS -- S/S'd bi/tri also doing it this way left no time for my forearms to stop the lactic acid build up so it was a good forearm w/o too

-- Wide Grip Oly bar curls s/s'd w/Incline skull crushers
Pyramided up(4-5 b4 working sets)to 2w heavy sets on each... after I finished my second working set on bis I did 3 drop sets and same with skulls 110/100/80/70 <--- skulls weight
    2w 3 drops each

-- seated hammer strength plate loaded preacher(2+quarter) s/s'd w/one arm extensions
    3w drop each -
    - stayed with same weight as I hit 12ish reps w/real hard squeeze into partials and 1/4s
Went with 35s for one arm tri extensions hitting higher rep range then dropped to 30 after 3w sets - Im liking these

    -- CG Cable curls/and 21s(2w) s/s'd w/OH rope extensions
3w each everything to failure partials 1/4s then 2w 21s so I did 5w sets of OH rope ext's

    -- V-bar pushdowns
    1w 4 drops

    I'm whooped & Done ✅ 29min

Decent night at work, back to the modified schedule now. Icing my shoulder now and have my arm propped up on pillow, it helps with circulation vs. keeping the arm tucked up tight against me.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

AG, this is exactly how I must sleep... on an incline with something under the elbow up to the shoulder as it sometimes just falls out of the socket without any support ... hope its feeling better Big Guy!

Hey Sfla, since you did rev grip pushdowns(palms up) you can tailor a tricep routine to all or mostly that style of a session concentrating on the different parts of the arm and whole arm... so when doing skulls try the rev grip as well it's a very nice contraction and hits the upper outter(lateral head a little more I believe... getting that 3D look we all want - wish I could still do these but they are fun)

    Chest
Lots of stretching rolled out my shoulder(posteriorly) RC ex's and lots of stretching

-- Smith incline press - had a partner today so it was very fast paced and lots of forced reps & slow negatives on each rep exploding up!
Pyramided up from 135---> 315(goal is 6-8 on last set b4 going up in weight - 3 reps today)with 6 drop sets to 185 then one more big drop to 135(wide grip repoed it out till failure then negs w/135 felt like 275 lol

-- Incline unilateral hammer strength across body press(upper inner chest) hard lock out into partials/1/4s failure w/forced reps
    2w 3 drops

    -- cables Bent over s/s'd w/cable press w/long bar attachment(CG) was a newer movement
    3w each

-- cables low to high s/s'd w/same ex as above but pyramiding up in weight
    3w each

Done ✅ 35min was a tough one breathing heavy I was

LOL, tonight confirmed that it is pullback time. It went OK, but I can tell things just aren't firing quite right. Times out decently though since I'm going to be doing more b'bell work for presses. I'm probably going to need a little extra volume for a couple of times to just get settled in.
Will post up my lift later.

    Tbar rows- 2 w/u, Work-6,drop,4,drop, 4.

Morning Cape, AG, Song! And the HIT crew w/GGR

Chest is smoked I mean smoked even my front delts doing a standing CG cable press has them geeked as well! I may take a day off here but back tomorrow then legs WED! Ive missed my leg w/o's for sure! So WED I'll get em the leg feels fine even though that loud popping noise(which Kel, AG and I've discussed in the past) - just makes me really gunshy of something popping/tearing etc... and I've had probs with the R quad now a few different times... one being a partial tear! Ugh

    But that's the plan!

    Always love a new movement!

Almost tried the ez bar for the French press but there weren't enough of them around. And good weight selection

Instead of doing a reg skull crusher... all you do is rev your grip(so palms would face you) hands in same position and try using a light weight first so you get the movement down but this can be used in the seated French press position as well! Give it a try buddy!

Sounds awkward but I'll give it a try. You've got my tris growing so I'm listening.
