I'm icing my shoulder right now. Don't think loading plates on my leg press would be ideal at the moment. The 45s are bad enough, handling the 100s is somewhat painful. We'll see what tomorrow holds.

Man I ache today, these lower rep shoulder presses (5/5/5/4/3 yesterday) are giving me some mighty DOMS and I'm loving it.
Rest day today. I'm working but it's p1ssing down so I guess I'll have a quiet day.

Smith Incline press 1 warm up 2 working both triple drop sets
Hammer Incline machine 2 working both triple drop sets
Cable crossovers 2 working sets

Fuckin A! Great Chest/bi w/o! I did some different ex's that on the negative(eccentric part of movement it hit my rear delts) my R rear delts on bad shoulder is shaking on certain pressing/curling/& obviously felt ex's...
Chest/bis - warmed up with RC ex's side laterals rev laterals(?) all rear felt got the blood pumping nicely
Everything to and beyond failure!
- flat DB Press w/bells together throughout movement
3 warm ups 12+ reps 2 feelers - I really need to use everyone of these to get loose - strength is starting to come back but the stability of R Rear delt sucks
1w(85s) 8+ drop(80s) 3+ drop(75s) 2+
- Incline DB Press
2w(85s) 5-7reps drop - after 2nd working set to 75s/4-6reps forced + negs
- Incline DB flys
1w DD
- Cables all s/s'd no rest

- Heavy Hammers
1w 3drops x 2 what a pump running it twice and destroyed my endurance
- one arm Preacher machine then into two arm to finish set
2w is all that took failing fast and lots of forced reps into negs(as it's a unilateral ex)
- DB Preachers
1w 2drops lots of forced reps and negs
- single arm cable curls
1w +RP+RP+RP
Fucked and done ... for as bad as I felt the past couple days I pushed hard got rewarded w/a great w/o... hence going a lil overboard on ex's lol but it felt great - everything is up weight wise from last wk and expect nothing different to come!

Single side DB side laterals
2 warm up sets
1 working set with 1 drop
bent over laterals

My cardio is bringing in wood then drinking mass amounts of water running back and forth to the bathroom (windsprints and more cold meds.My home is 80* and I and sweating it out.
