Agrreed. I've been through a bunch. Andrew I lived in Miami at the time, dad was a cop and worked through it. Katrina and William both hit us.

My brother lost everything in new Orleans when Katrina hit.

    Chest this morning.

Pec/Dec after some strecthing to warm up.

Slight (low as the bench would allow) db press, 2 warm, 1 feel, 2 w (100s) 1 drop with 2 rp reps

    Same bench flies 2 w 1 drop

Flat db press 2 working 1 drop (stayed with 100s as I was pretty spent already and drenched in sweat)

    Flat flies 2w DD

One arm db flies. 2 sets high reps squeezing at top of motion. Chest was in fire.

Doc was almost pointless. 30 mins to drive there, and he got called out to deliver a baby. So nurse got heart beat of baby, and wife bp. Everyone seems healthy so all good.

Last week we went to the specialist. Nothing wrong, but our normal doc is friends of family so think he just did extra checkups. So specialist is doing an ultrasound, showing us everything feet hands ears....then asks if we knew the sex. Well main doc told us 2 weeks prior it was a girl (said 85% positive). So she couldn't wait...told entire family...even throw a party lol. Well new doc showed us it's a boy lol.

Parents already spent couple hundred on gifts and everything for the girl lol.

Oh well we are happy and thought it was funny as hell. And looks like I get a training partner finally

SUCKS to not be able to train chest and shoulders properly! I was able to do a light chest workout Monday consisting of light dumbell inclines followed by light barbell inclines (185 lbs killing it I tell ya) then even lighter flies. Amazing thing is i felt it a little. Better than nothing I guess. Got legs coming up in about an hour. Non squat day which always makes it an easier day (somewhat.)

    I'm withering away.

Leg day was on a whole new level today.....

Warmed up with leg extensions and seated curls. Then donkey calf raises.

    Now for the fun part.....

    Hack squats
    - 5 plates (each side) x 10
    - 6 plates x 10
    - 7 plates x 7 drop to 6 plates x 4

At this point everything went black. When the color came back I was seeing stars. I had to sit down and stretch my legs out..... They were useless.

    Leg press
    - 6 plates (each side) x 10
    - 7 plates x 10
    - 8 plates x 9 drop to 6 plates x 10
Everything went black again and indigestion started. Dry heaved in the garbage pail.....

    Smith front squats
    - 225 x 10
    - 225 x 10
    - 225 x 10 (kept my feet really far forward and put more emphasis on quads)

All I wanted to do was to go home. Walking without a limp was impossible. My CNS was completely crashed..... I felt sick as a dog. I was then approached by a high up employee of a major supplement company and he said "Youre strong as an ox! nice job"

That just fired me up more. Going home wasnt an option. Instead I got a 50lb barbell and did.....

    Walking lunges (120-140ft total distance
    3 sets

Finished up with standing leg curls superset with seated calf raises.

I limped over to the front desk and got a shake and proceeded to drive home. I've got my feet up and it feels awesome.

Not necessarily..... I had every intention on doing reverse v's. After hack squats, feeling the pump, I knew doing reverse v's and then front squats would be overkill. I just go by feel..... And it felt like leg press was going to be the ticket today.

Thank god the fiancé is tired..... There's no way I could work on the nursery today lol. Shorts and a stringer tank for me, 85/15 burger and some mashed potatos with my feet up in the recliner :-)

Thanks for sharing every detail. Lol.

Srsly. I workout better on a near empty stomach. If I Don't eat enough b4 legs, I get dizzy.
Can u put more time between PWO and leg workout day so u don't throw up.

Do u like throwing up? It's not a favor of mine.

I ate a few hours before I worked out. Had a preworkout 30 mins before and a shake with oats immediately following the workout.

The throwing up is just from a taxed CNS. My workout partner today lost it lmao. Ran to the locker room an puked. He's about 90lbs lighter than me but strong as shit. He tried to hang with the weight but just couldn't. He loved it tho.....

Been out of touch (physically and emotionally) moving my daughter to college and getting used to her being gone.

790 right here. Put it up twice, slow, clean and deep reps.
