Shoulders this morning
Due to my RC issue I did some RC movements along side a full warm consisting of very light side laterals going straight into bent over laterals going straight into face pulls and all over again for 5 mins. Really got a sweat on and my whole shoulder area was fully pumped and felt good.
Pre Exhaust shoulder workout
Cybex side laterals -singles
3 warm up sets - hit top end of my rep range while increasing weight
1 working set - failure then 3 drop sets each to failure
bent over db rear laterals
2 feel sets - mid rep range
1 working set - failure plus 2 drops
Seated hammer shoulder press
1 feel set -
1 working set - failure plus 1 rest pause
with this machine I can have my palms facing each other which really helped my RC - zero pain
U bar shrugs
1 feel set -heavy
1 working set with 3 drops

On the plus side of things, my eye is probably about 75% recovered.

Amoxicilin+clavulanic acid is one of the oldest antibiotics around.
Is also widely used in cattle and other farm animals, so there are lot of bacteria that developed defenses against it.
Still, it still works for some bugs.
Ppl are usually blamed for misusing antibiotics, but nobody ever talks about the usage on livestock...

Good evening People!
I tried to implement some HIT principles in my pec workout today,
Dec.Bench; several warm up sets, then 1 set to all out failure, needed 3 assisted; 12 reps total
Incline bench w dumbbells: 2warmups, 1 all out with 3-4 assisted lifts
lying Flyes w dumbbells; 2w, 1x20 reps all out
Cable cross: 2 w, 1 all out drop set
Dips: 12, 12, then 1 all out drop set: +40kgx12, +20kgx12, body.w.+12
Yeah, I know its not according to the principles,
but i don't know what weights to use yet + my shoulder is still not 100%
I took some progress pics, but only some of the back pics looked OK,
so ill post that.
Keep in mind i got a lot of water and trained chest,
+ i really need some coaching on posing
Here goes:
I should make my own progress thread soon an spare you this shit,
promise to fix that pretty soon.
(and yes, i'm bulking and got water and fat enough, well aware of that)

I just have to say thank you all for inspiring me about those HIT principles.
While I'm nowhere near getting it right, I got a great pump and workout today,
and I also feel ready for tomorrow.
In other words, I allready feel I've done a more effective (and less harsh) workout. I'm very interested to see where this will lead me.
Thx again, cause I see now that what I used to do was sometimes go all out failure, but most of the time go pretty near, for many sets.
And it makes sense that doesn't do anything except wear me out.

Legs
Calve raises machien - 2 warmups, 2 working, triple drop on last till pain brought tears to my eyes
Seated calves - 1 feller, 2 working
Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl (great machine) - a few feeler sets to know the limits of this machine, 1 working focus on slow negatives
Stiff legs dead lifts on ledge - 1 warmup, 1 working slow and low 12 reps, concentrate on squeeze the hams.
Squats - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 2 working ATG
Reverse hack squat - 2 working
leg extensions - 1 feeler, 1 working
Still with my nose blocked from cold, squeezed this leg workout today which I skipped on saturday cause of cold/flu.
Not really HIT, need to get a bit of rest. Starting to miss the tren which I stopped +-2 weeks ago, also my nebido shot is due, last shot was 11 weeks ago.

Good work man!
And chest isn't as easy to see pumped than many other muscles IMO.
Maybe cause it's more fat there.
This summer I had a lower body fat and my chest was easier to see if pumped or not.

Shit, good luck with that!
Probably gonna need some myself soon.
And I remember a case where a police officer charged me with obstructing an officer because he jumped me undercover and I threw him to the ground.
(How could I know he was a blue shirt?)
God it felt good when I won that court case.
Good luck BB!

this damn computer is running too slow right now.
I tried to multi quote everyone who commented but its not working.
Just wanted to say thanks. Its funny, one of my goals that I have started to write for Marcus's challenge is to "impress" you guys and gals here in the HIT home. Look up to everyone in this thread and everyone here inspires me to be better. And just want to get to where everyone here is. and maybe eventually get that wow factor lolTURN HEADS in other words.
I feel like all my pics look the same. but at the same time I see progress in places, and my strength is definitely going up this time round. Have myareas of improvement. and that's what I'm here for.
Again thanks guys....
