    Good day today guys!

Hit legs felt good. Didn't build up to heavy because of the back. Back is feeling good. Great leg workout overall though.

Things been bad with the shoulder lately - why I haven't been posting any lifts :/ - been lifting lighter lately which hasn't been too fun lol but my mind is turning the corner! I struggle with forward thinking, and seem to be stressing myself out... hate feeling this way but sometimes a good humbling is also what I need! Things seem to be getting back on schedule as they do!
Best thing when we don't feel like lifting is to do just that

    Have a kickass day all!

Its extremely painful & our most freeling moving joint in our whole body... it sucks when a shoulder is rocked! Lots of setbacks or just not able to push as much - it'll all work out it usually does right buddy -

Pretty bad this time. Anterior right delt. Close to where it connects near biceps. It will pop sometimes. Need assist in raising my arm frontally. Definate tear. :/..

Dont know if its scar tissue or what. Very injury prone very hard to train without injurying. Even with very light weight. Suggestions or tips?
I remember a few times ive hurt it before but not like this. I remember gear helped alot ad helped heal and deal with it but i dont have that option now.

Killer biceps & back today. Just can't get enough of single arm preacher curls - hit a PB today.

Cuz, let me know if I can be of any assist, but an anterior delts tear seems odd. With curling/biceps is there any pain there and does it make any difference if your arm is unsupported (like a dumbbell curl) or supported (like a preacher curl)?

Injury came from flat bench press. There's some pain in standing db curls but not as much on a supported movement like preachers

Evening. I had about a half day off today so I hit back. Didn't go full on hit today because I've got a pinched nerve in my back radiating out to my shoulder and down my arm. Happens about once a year. My chiropractor at home does a great job at alleviating the pain but these small town jokers where I'm at don't even take X-rays. Not going back to them. Just going to tough it out. I figure if it hurts during a warm up set, I'll just forgo that exercise but so far nothing really makes it worse other than driving. Hopefully I've only got a couple of weeks before I can go home for some rnr. Diet has still been crap as I don't have much of a fridge or kitchen. I'm making due with baked chicken and salads as much as I can stand and upping the cardio. Getting married on the beach in February so I've got to get cut. Hope all is well with everyone!

Hmmm I was expecting posterior... but your front delt is much stronger than your rear(or should be) - I know I've been going light and the pain/ROM is spreading into Front pec/delt tie in and my lat can't stretch out enough - need an ART appt -

Cuz mine stems from boat loads of scar tissue which is lessening my ROM and causes shooting pains up neck & down arm - I'm looking into getting it broken down with laser & manual ass kickings

Just trying to rule out a biceps issue; most likely the rotator cuff, which radiates pain in that direction.

Ice, rest, avoid painful movements & MRI to determine if or how badly the rc is damaged. Welcome to the club!

Kenny, congrats on the wedding, dude!

Talking about shoulder pain, this is when i get mine. Chest day, most only when doing db flys.
Pec delt tie in, this is what the physio said it was. No where near is bad as it used to be.

Clarky that's good news mate! When it acts up is your pec/delt tie in hard to stretch out? I can not stretch mine right and it starts to tighten and tighten unless someone gets in there manually - it does hurt but feels great at the same time lol
