Well, I wasn't going to go to the gym today but now that I looked at your avi pic again that gave me the motivation to go because I sure as hell don't wanna end up looking like that!

I got a pull up bar and straps for the house. Wat u think about me doing the routine 4 or 5 times per week? Maybe not all the way to failure..

No.. too much. You wouldn't work your biceps 4-5 times a week why would you work your abs? You're actually trying to gain mass in your abs so they need to rest/recover. Your body weight is more than enough "weight" to do that. Notice that in my routine I stress "failure" as not a number... it could be 1, 2, 3 reps for some people because their internal abs can't support just their body weight. It's mass building 101.....
