Me vs fat ass: definitely not carrying a lot of fat on back

Me vs typical person who works out and does cardio with good diet: definitely not carrying a lot of fat on my back

No the idiots at work took too long. So i will not do it until tuesday. Tomorrow is day 1 of my 6 week hard, balls to the wall cut. Ive been taking it easy this week with diet and cardio cuz the next 6 weeks are gonna be so tuff.

How would a person get the idea of this? Bf% is calculated on weight to bf% content. Not cell count to cell count.

Okay quad work out.... Need the following info:
1. Stats (age, weight, height, how long have you been working out).
2. Need to see where your quads are lacking. To test that you need to do a single set of a somewhat goofy work out......
First, grab some dumbbells (the weight you think you can do but start light) and stork squat for 60 seconds. If you can't do it for 60 seconds; take a 5 min rest and try again with lower weight. Should look like this but arms to your side holding dumbbells.
Then- do what this hot chick is doing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQs95SNpoa4 and do 20 per leg. Hold on to dumbbells while doing it (start light).
Report back what the dumbbell weights are.

yeh with my schedule its hard to fit it in. literally it really is. i have to do cardio and abs during my lunch or lift during my lunch and i dont have time to do either lift/abs or cardio/abs.. gotta try and figure out how to fit in 2 ab days without losing 2 cardio 30min intervals..
yeh high to low is easier than low to high..

Why are you doing cardio? If you are doing the routine correctly (no rest) then you are burning more calories just doing the routine to the point that you don't need any cardio. You wanna cut or work your lungs?
High to low is easier because in torso rotation, motion is created by the internal obliques on the side you are turning toward and by the external obliques on the opposite side. That shows your internal obliques are weaker than your external obliques because low to high is hitting your internals.....

Working out 6+ years
I can move weight on wednesday 4x8 405lbs squat but I'm not getting any separation in my quads. I have okay development in the tear drop muscle just above the knee but above that it's all just one muscle. I'm really happy with my glutes and hams but the front just isn't separating.

alright Dan ive got the ab vacuum pretty much down pat now my man! now i have to figure out how to do the rope thrust! starting to try to gain some isolation control in there but i think its gonna be awhile cuz i need some more rectus abdominis development.
what did it take 2 weeks??

LMAO.. theyre my dang pajama shorts my wife made me out of this awesome material she brought home from the fabric store one day. one touch of that stuff and i had to have it in clothing form! so i have like 7 pair of these shorts in all colors ranging from the blue u see to christmas tree green and even pink! i used to have pink fuzzy slippers to match but they got worn out. i need to get some more!

Forget the yoga shit.... work on building muscle strength with basic exercises. You're abs aren't strong enough yet that you need to worry about doing goofy isolation exercises. Build the house before you worry about what color your gonna paint it...... geez. Abs are no different than any other muscle. You don't go out and work on cutting if you don't have any bulk to cut.

do u think i am attempting the nauli kriya to the exclusion of regular ab exercises? i have seen vids of girls and women who can do it and theyre just skinny with no muscle. i was just trying to gain better abdominal control not so much trying to grow my abs with the exercise pal..
