Yea- but here is another thing... according to this Kinesiology book I got here that is standard coursework at Northwestern University in IL... when you add physical size in muscle; your body over time will also add in fat cells. Its impossible to grow muscle fiber without growing additional fat cells.

I think you're gonna get what you want for abs A LOT faster than you think by doing that routine... A LOT. I give it 1.5 months tops working twice a week before there is a significant before/after pic and your changing your avi.... for real.

What does that has to do with anything? You're trying to make a point for people being way off in their body fat measurements based on comparison of IFBB physiques to Amateur BB physiques.
The only point you're partially right on is that there shouldn't be a massive visual discrepancy between 2 people with the same height, weight and body fat percentage although skeletal differences and muscle insertion points could still create a noticeably different look.

i did not do all of it cuz i still have to write it down and went off memory.
did swim kicks but laying down
hanging twist knees (very hard prob #2) done slow
hanging leg raises (plank) very slow hold for like 10secs at the top
plank (about 45-60 secs)
decline twist crunch ( 5 reps each side very slow and squeezing)
wood chops (enjoyed this the most i think)

Okay so people are off with their BF stats, so what?
My watch doesn't show the exact same time as my phone I'm still able to make it through my day and make my appointments on time. You can tell me I'm 8% bf or 18% I don't really care I'll still be able to live my life. Again I don't get what this thread is about.

Good deal... I think in a month you're gonna see a night/day difference both visually and rep wise if you can do it 2 times a week. I think the biggest trick to abs is finding the right mixture of exercises that hit your internal ab muscles so they push out your outer ab muscles.
Also for good read, google Fascia of Camper, Transversalis Fascia, and Extraperitoneal Fat. This site has A LOT of info on each ab muscle.
