Just destroyed chest in a short circuit type workout that my buddy came up with. Flat bench > Press ups > Cable Press > Dumbell Fly > Cable Fly. The polish have some weird routines, but the pump was incredible, and I was fully at failure by the end of the 40 min workout. Im pooped now however! This bloody heat is killing me, its not rained in 3 weeks, I cant deal with it! It seems we've had 20 days of 25-30*C temperatures!
PS - Can one of the Mods or Admin please move this into the members logs sections? Or copy it across? I want to continue with it, but it seems silly to keep it here since the competition is over.

Body fat reading in the morning. Feeling bigger and leaner, which is always a great combo. Had to buy a new shirt this week as my old one didn't fit. Filling an 18" shirt in a good way for the first time, it's loose on the belly and right on the chest!! Which puts me around 48"-50" chest region.

Body fat mass remained constant but weight was up by 4.5lbs. Good result there, some water I imagine, got a new PB with my 100kg bench, got 16 reps with it. 200kg racklifts from midshin height, squatted 160kg for a real easy 10, so I'm going to try 180kg for 5 next week. Strength seems to be up in everything, all I did was introduce 100g carbs a day and reduce protein a little!

Legs this morning, 180kg squats to failure, followed by maxing out the plate loaded leg extension, 125kg. Leg curls, straight leg deadlifts into standing calf raises.
Real heavy workout, trying to keep the reps low followed by 40mins cardio (400cal)
Weight dropped 1/2 lb this week. Going to include a fasted day on Saturdays to see how that fairs, it should just bring weekly deficit down further. Happy with the body fat loss, I've managed to keep all my lbm, judging by electronic and calipers tests.

Hit back today. The pulldowns and pullovers were assisted by training partner, obviously couldn't for the other two! Blowing out my arse at the end if this, sweating and incredible pump. The racklifts this week were 1-inch lower than normal, so this was more like a deadlift with a 2inch boost.

and enjoy yourfasting day. I fast one or two days a week depending on what my schedule is like lol but I can honestly say I feel better on my fasting days. I have more energy and I feel more empowered. I hope you have the same positive experience :-)

Really been smashing the gym hard, pushing more weight than ever in some lifts! Feeling bigger and stronger! Weight remaining constant, I think I've found maintenance calories almost exactly! Body fat is slowly slowly dropping but Im just recomping!

Diets been on the relaxed side recently, I've been taste-testing a couple of takeaways, on a frequent basis!! Body fat hasn't increased more than 2% but weight is up by 15lbs since I came off my prime. Exploded with size!

Just a quick snap shot. Weight is up at around 260lbs currently.
Fitting out a local new gym, and I'll be working there when it opens. So I'm going to have a lot more training time. My calves and arms are getting destroyed when that happens!!
