I was thinking of maybe just doing something in the fitness/bodybuilding works. Electronic body fat calipers, that automatically calculate BF depending upon which method you use. (LCD display)

Attached is a picture from today. Really bad lighting doesn't help, and having to try take the pic yourself ruins the pose! Oh well. It's a sneak peak at progress I guess!

Guys!! Help needed, these pictures were just taken, these are completely relaxed, no pose at all.
I've struggled with this for a couple of years, but it's becoming very pronounced now. My right shoulder is dropped lower than the left.
It's making posing hard because I can't get the symmetry.
Help or suggestions? Could it just be a muscular thing that could be fixed via some therapy?

When in just a 'relaxed' pose it looks ridiculous. I have great control over my left lat. Ive been practicing a lot, and I have been able to get better control on my right, however it doesn't feel right.

Concentrate during the day to raise the low side. And go to the Chiro.

Any previous injury?
Deadlift a lot? Always the same grip?
It's only obvious on one of the 4 photos tbh.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Defiantly go see a chiro see if they can do anything. It looks more your structure than muscular IMHO but its not that obvious anyway. Maybe using DB's on shoulder press will help and also do a lot of lat stretches especially on the right side, your lat could be tight and pulling your shoulder down slightly and if possible use a hammer strength machine for lat pulldowns and make sure each side is working the same because you could be using one side more which would make it look worse than it is

Pain is pleasure my friend. You just have to learn to be uncomfortable in the heat of your workouts. I'm sure you are trying to eat clean, so keep that up. Your hard work will pay off! And the harder you work... The greater the results. Being fit and healthy is easy as shit to me. It's like my only way of life lol.

Great back session today. Hit the gym at 9AM fasted, trained til 10am.
Rack lifts from the knee.
60kg x 10
100kg x 10
140kg x 10
170kg x 10
200kg x 5
200kg x 3
100kg x 5
Followed by wide grip pull downs, close grip pull downs, dumbell rows and then went and hit a funny fixed hand lat pull down machine that allows you to either use 1 hand or both, with drop sets to really try and stretch out my lat, and focus on contraction.
Felt sick afterward, really worked hard. Was pleased with my rack lifts, pins were set about an Ince below my knee, so they were hard going.
