Fingers crossed. I've still got to decide on a final year project. What I pick could be very influential in a job interview.

Fair point my friend. I'm racking my brain, it can be something that's done before, it's hard trying to think of a project that's ambitious, but achievable. Too hard, and I won't complete it and that will effect my grade. Too easy and it'll be a joke.
I was thinking of maybe just doing something in the fitness/bodybuilding works. Electronic body fat calipers, that automatically calculate BF depending upon which method you use. (LCD display)

Hah. I should probably ask in the general forums for some idea or to see if there is a particular product or service that were missing in the bodybuilding world.

It needs to be relatively simple, I have to make it and program it.

Attached is a picture from today. Really bad lighting doesn't help, and having to try take the pic yourself ruins the pose! Oh well. It's a sneak peak at progress I guess!

What improvements have been made? I'm asking because it takes forever to scroll through the pics to find you or anyone actually. If I remember you look like you've leaned out. ? Are you happy with where you are ?

Lol! I'm feeling another 5lbs at least, the tan is actually some silly 'sun kissed' moisturiser my misses bought, it has a hint of fake tan in. It's turned me quite dark after a couple of days. I have used most of the bottle though! I'm hoping to get the misses to take some pictures tonight. I may share them, I may not!

    Edit* how's yours going CB?

Sweet buddy. I'm up at 255 right now. I was saying to BiB that I'm thinking I might aim to step on stage next summer. Gives me over a year to get it right. I've got height and width. I have a thick back, my chest is tiny. That's my goal after this competition, and hamstrings!

I would like to, it's my goal to get close to ready by next summer. Then I can determine whether or not I'm ready, if so, plan a cut and prepare for a show!
If not, ill have a solid year of backing, and ill know what's left to improve. Food is one thing I do have. I can eat like a horse! I'm looking forward to my bulk!

Heavyweight. I know I'll probably end up being one of the smaller heavyweights, but I think a super cut would lose too much lean muscle?

Guys!! Help needed, these pictures were just taken, these are completely relaxed, no pose at all.
I've struggled with this for a couple of years, but it's becoming very pronounced now. My right shoulder is dropped lower than the left.
It's making posing hard because I can't get the symmetry.

Help or suggestions? Could it just be a muscular thing that could be fixed via some therapy?

When in just a 'relaxed' pose it looks ridiculous. I have great control over my left lat. Ive been practicing a lot, and I have been able to get better control on my right, however it doesn't feel right.

    Any previous injury?

Deadlift a lot? Always the same grip?

It's only obvious on one of the 4 photos tbh.

I deadlift very often. I used to use an over/under grip, but now I use double over. There's no previous injury at all. Ill book a chiro appointment anyway.

Defiantly go see a chiro see if they can do anything. It looks more your structure than muscular IMHO but its not that obvious anyway. Maybe using DB's on shoulder press will help and also do a lot of lat stretches especially on the right side, your lat could be tight and pulling your shoulder down slightly and if possible use a hammer strength machine for lat pulldowns and make sure each side is working the same because you could be using one side more which would make it look worse than it is

I've had the same issues bro... Has been my biggest issue in bodybuilding.... I've had countless shoulder injuries and a few surgeries one of which was a full capsule shift... Do you have issues reaching up directly over your head on that side?? The more stretched out I am the better I can perform a lat spread... To really fully hit the front lat spread pose even now I would need to be stretched out....

Mobility on that side is perfect, I have no issues with movement at all, and I have had no injuries. Thanks for the tip though HP, I'll try stretching it out and hitting a pose again!

Pain is pleasure my friend. You just have to learn to be uncomfortable in the heat of your workouts. I'm sure you are trying to eat clean, so keep that up. Your hard work will pay off! And the harder you work... The greater the results. Being fit and healthy is easy as shit to me. It's like my only way of life lol.

Great back session today. Hit the gym at 9AM fasted, trained til 10am.

    Rack lifts from the knee.

    60kg x 10
    100kg x 10
    140kg x 10
    170kg x 10
    200kg x 5
    200kg x 3
    100kg x 5

Followed by wide grip pull downs, close grip pull downs, dumbell rows and then went and hit a funny fixed hand lat pull down machine that allows you to either use 1 hand or both, with drop sets to really try and stretch out my lat, and focus on contraction.

Felt sick afterward, really worked hard. Was pleased with my rack lifts, pins were set about an Ince below my knee, so they were hard going.
