Fair point my friend! I wqas pleased with my picture I submitted on thursday, it was great lighting combined with feeling lean that day. Im glad others can spot the difference though, its encouraging!
I also wish I had started the carb cycling much earlier, I could have made much better improvments, oh well, I am going to continue well beyond this competition! I'll keep posting in my Carb Cycle thread once this dies!

Yep, I look better in the mirror too. Except when I take a photo in said mirror, that's kind of good in a way because you want to prove the camera wrong and make those improvements.

Destroyed arms today. Training finished for the week. I'm exhausted. 249lbs this morning.

Helping my buddy move gym stuff today, moving a multi cable workout unit, and we dropped the bloody thing on my foot. Crushed my big toe and now it's swollen so much the skin feels like its going to burst.

Breakfast this morning, 4 egg omelette with Cajun chicken strips. Yummy!
I had to call in sick at work last night, unable to stand on my right foot would have made for an interesting night on the doors. And as my buddy just text me to tell me how many fights they had last night, I'm kinda glad too!! It's gone a lovely purple.
