Smashed it! Huge pump. Also speaking to my buddy that's a PT up there. Booked myself in for a full bodyfat/body composition next Thursday.
Lets see where it's at! Weight was constant this morning at 251lb

Well garden is cleared, BBQ is all setup for tomorrow, fridge is stocked with meat, cider, chicken, Got cake, crisps, biscuits, sweets... Tomorrow is off the chart. It's my sons second birthday and I plan to celebrate it by having all my friends overrating excessive BBQ food and getting drunk!
Ill weigh in first thing tomorrow, just for the sake of it!

Hit the gym hard this morning, fasted again as per usual. Leg day, squats upto 160kg (350lb), easy without a spot, I think with a spot I could probably get 160kg for 5 now. Then smashed hack squats, leg extension, leg curl and calf raises.

Hit arms real hard to today, finished up with Dropsets for both. I had an incredible pump on, so much so that I couldn't fully contract biceps or extend triceps. Yet they feel fine now. Same last week, felt like I destroyed them, and then no DOMs...

I rarely get any really noticeable DOMS any more any where. Maybe my Hammies if I do too many Romanian deadlifts but that's about it. I don't see it as an indicator of not working hard enough.

Trained back this morning.
220kg rack lift for 3 reps, 1" below knee. They weren't perfect lifts, used a bit of bounce off the pins, but I got them. Before that 100kg x10, 140kg x10 and 180kg x10.
Lat pull downs, shrugs and dumbell rows. Intense, and heavy!

Hit chest this morning, got there and decided I wasnt really in the mood for any pressing, so I almost did the entire session with just flies. Great pump, really hit it well. I was going for a more volume based workout today, hit everything else heavy this week and Im feeling it!
Just experimented with making my own Tuna Burgers, 19.3g protein/ 3.2g fat / 5g carbs per burger. (146.5 calories) - very yummy!
