Didnt really believe guys when they talk about puking from leg day. I just figured it was from over eating before training or some shit like that. Well, today I worked legs on an empty stomach and half way home I had to pull over on the freeway and started dry-heaving. Not the best feeling in the world...
End of week 2 weigh in... 233#... down 8# so far.
