OMG !!! Im dead........................ amasing chest workout!! 5 x 5 Flat Bench with 140 DPs with 70lb DPs burnouts sets in between and then on to incline DPs for same (no 140s). Then Hammer Strenght Inclines for 10s and 12s with fist pushups in between.
Cable Crossovers with more Fcking pushups in between, but this time where balancing on 4 medicine balls.............
Then .................. just for the hell of it...................we finish up with incline flys.............
Good news............didnt puke this time (thats for BG) but did get alittle tunnel vision for alittle bit!!

Little update:
Off day Wed.....................good rest day
This afternoon was back and abs.................. Hangin ab routine is a killer, but makesem sore.................. and a 100 flights up StairMaster Mountain!!
Gear seems to be firing on all clyinders................strenght and aggression are why up making workouts very intense..................Anavar is making pumps almost unbearable, but they look awesome!! Veins are making it to the surface in bis and delts during workout. I noticed in my right bi I have two veins that make a T that I never noticed before.
Tommorrow is shoulders and tris (my fav) so should be a good afternoon............... except for that damn Stairmaster................Im blowing that SOB up after this contest!!

Ha Pap. Back when I was training like a beast in 87' I threw up a few times on the leg sled doing giant drop sets. I owned the gym so I could do anything I wanted so I got an Oxygen tank and mask, (crazy ?) and when I was doing an extended drop set I would mask up turn it on and go for it with two guys on each side pulling plates and going into complete failure with negatives. awwww. The oxygen was a gas...............HA! it worked great. ...crazy mike
