Not as impressive as the hottie in your avi................but they do hurt like a bitch...........But feeling good about them, no matter what the end result.
My gym dude got one of those offset squat bars...........hard to describe it. Has two handles that stick out and your head goes between them........three sided pading...........comfey on the neck

Scales had me at 235.7 lbs first thing this morning....................Weight may be coming off alittle too fast, but will test strenght tonite.........
Will check BF at gym Last week was 19.3%
Did bump tren up to 750mgs ew starting Tuesday...........Test is at 800mgs ew
Hopin the anavar will help preserve the muscle mass while Im dieting, has so far..........

Ok
Got side tracked yesterday when I got home...............was all ready to go work back when I got home, but Mrs Papa Smurf had mid week plans.
Instead of wearing her normal workout cloths when I walk in the door, she has the NEVRE to meet me at the door, wearing nothing but my white dress shirt, black thong, and high heels..........and.......she had my fav cocktail in her hand!
I regret to report, that I gave into her womanly wides, and surcomed to her sexual advancement............

Got back in last night..............Added bent over rows back into my routine...............This contest is making me get out of my comfort zone in the gym.
Feels great!!
Fasted cardio this morning with abs..................Have notice face sliming down...........jaw line more projected. Maybe I'll loose this turkey neck too LOL

Just got back from shoulder workout..............not a great one.............One boat most of day working on tan, didn't get all my meals in like I should have....
Sometimes you just know when not to push a bad low energy workout..................... Morning cardio.........Here I come!!
