Have not updated lately..............Sitting here waiting on Smurfette to get ready, so we can go out (date night)
Solid workout this morning.................Blasted shoulders and traps, with a side order of cardio
Checked BF% Hand held had me @ 18.5% still weighing 235lbs That's down from 19.3% and of course my start was 21.7%
This is on the same device at same time of day so something is changing
I will post a pic of progress on my birthday, May 1st.
Found out today, we will be at beach the last week of contest, June 8th thru June 15th..............Cant go thru all this and blow it the last week, so vacation will be a working one..........May workout good with more time to train and fine tune...........

Sounds like you are right on track. I always like staying the same weight or gaining while the body fat goes down.

Still at 234.6lbs this morning........no sleep last night after strong leg workout.....
Found, never before used, knotch on my belt....... Ive seem to gone from a 36" waist to a loose 34" maybe 33"
My wife called me "skinny" this morning.......really pissed me off
FYI Never run Tren @ 1200 mgs ew...........makes you feel like crap. Thought my gear may have been bunk, so got some known Tren Ace and injected every day........BIG MISTAKE!!! Tren E was G2G so cutting out Ace....
Never thought you could melt.......You Can!!!
