Had an operation myself. After they gave my oxycodone. Best time i life. So i had to fake more pain to get another receipt for it.

Man its so euphorie. I got 25 10 mg capsuels left. 10 mg and it takes u to heaven for 6 hours.
What i was operated for?...wont tell lol.

250 cruise only.
No cardio, lots of sofa and pain killers for rec.
But ill hope i get motivation to get ripped before summercycle.
Stil decent because of 6 hours eatingwindow ed.
Started drinking too. Vodka before sleep.
Obsessed by the world of crypto.
Getting old.
But..after eastern...i guess its time to focus on abs again.

Yes, one more things. My hips are relatively ok these days so im able to rep 4 plates deads.
Just one plate from kind of impressive.
And 2 plates from strong no matter age/level in the BB world.
I guess 6 plates is pushing the luck now, but hey...5 plates when well oiled again..that could be within.
