    Yeah i managed to fuck up my rigth elbow too.
    Did nothing wrong, just a sudden pain, following the same routines as last 15 years. Standing overhead dumbell triceps extension. 20 kg.

    Nope. Other one. But i dont think i tore something. Or i dont know. But no colour, blue/red, no swelling. Just pain. At the bufet yesterday i had a hard time lifting the fork.

    LOL, I didn't think you tore anything! I was just remembering incorrectly. I was thinking, "Fuck, it hasn't been that long since you had a triceps injury with that arm". Just a typical old man reaction from me.

    They also have a big dessert table
    I do a 40 hour fast each week, two meals aday limited to a 4-6 hour window.
    With that regime u can eat tons of dessert a couple of times a week. And bufet. I also have loads of candies 2-3 times a week. Mostly lakris, bit sugarfree too.

    But it works. Never looked so good on a cruise/trt before and real exited for my next cycle.

    Dont lift heavy any more. Dont need that.
    It all boils down to apperance.

    Im having the best time in the gym when i squat 1/3 of the skinny dude next to me with 3 times his thigths size. Its also real joy to squat the same as the girl next to me yet with thigths no other guys in the gym come close to.

    I think my new appoach with a 64 hour fast each week will bring me a ATH this summer.
    Here i am just a couple of days with eating after the fast and i have already regained the size. While fat is dropping.
    Now 2 more days with heavy eating. Looots of carbs too. Before i start another 64 hour fast.
    Now...just trt, ngdl 6 to 700.

    Ordered new stuff for mars. Bouth my sources are doing time. So i try internett.

    But...ill bring a ATH just from 700 ngdl too.

    Lots of fasting fix your skin and old ugly cells. Even my gyno is disappearing.
    And another nice bonus with severe fasting, u migth be relevant for another some 20 years

    Just started shortterm daytrading and made some 150 bucks the first day. But now i have put more on the line. Some 10 000 bucks hehe.

    Longterm i made 3500 us dollars last week.

    U know, i was born as a pencilneck nerd. Istarted lifting cause i hated that.

    But tallent is brain, so mayby i can stop working, spend 3 hours aday at the computer and do the fuck what i want the rest of it))

    Asked if they could reship to a friend, but i guess they wont. Even if they mentioned something about that at the site.

    And both local sources are doing time.

    So i guess i have to live with legal trt for a while. I havent used it last year, cause i used from my sources.
    So maybe i can double up. I noticed i had 4 glasses on my receipt. So if i take 2000 mg every 8 week, i guess i will be able to maintain. Cause im not in for strenth and body weigth anymore. Just for longevity, feel good and ofcourse, look buff in a singlet with pump.

    I do severe fasting, weekly alternating a 48 and 64 hour fast.
    Carnivorelike diett. Eggs, bacon and meet. Two days with a superbig pizza, one day carb bufet/Thai.
    Timerestricted eating ed.

    Sidenot. Tons of fasting benefits. But one surprising i wanna bring up.
    Disipline. Man, when u succeed, there is nothing u cant do. You improve your disipline and its much more easy to reah other goals aswell, when improving disipline like this.

    U should study carnivore, guys. I was certain it was bearish, but..now im pretty sure its very bullish.
    Fixes almost everything.
    I think it also proves skin and a youthfull look.
    All carnivore youtubegurues look way younger than their age.
    Im not 100% carnivore but i go carnivore ligth atleast 4 days a week. I fast 2 days aweek, so not much room for the carbs.
    Another surreal thing. "Plants are trying to kill you and all you need is meat".
    Vit C actually will not be a problem. Its some of it in meat and the body will be more efficient using it.
    Many triabs dont eat vit c. They have no problem.
